Frederickson International are nothing but a pain in the backside, 3 letters in a week chasing a debt is excessive, so i wrote to the halfwits twice and both times they chose to ignore what i had to say, so in return i now ignore them and file their letters under S for Shred lol.. They can take me to court if they like and i will simply tell the judge of the situation and the fact i was ignored after writing to them twice and sent via 1st class recorded..

I dont have time to deal with idiots like that, even though at present i am ill and supposed to be taking it easy i still have bigger fish to fry...

Also With Reference To Post 766 I warn you Mr Cable you will not brush our need of assistance aside by feeding us useless information of which we already know, simply because you cant be bothered to deal with it.

At present i am preparing a very long factual letter, of which will be sent to Mr Cable in the near future..

Think we all need to bombard both our MP's and Mr Cable.

Whenever you see MP's on the TV they always seem to be living in a different world to the rest of us. By righting to both the MP's and Mr Cable hopefully it will waken them into the reality that the rest of live in.

It all to easy to close the gate after the horse has bolted, its a lot more difficult in cleaning up the mess thats left behind after it has bolted, its a bit of a balls ache but necessary.

My advice to Mr Cable is this situation is entirely the same as the scenario as above. You may have stopped people doing this again (and i use may very losely as i think legislation is required and not the guidance you make reference too as its not worth the paper it is written on or the time spent writing it) but you still need to clean up the mess that has been left behind. You OWE it as the secretary of state to CLEAN this mess up and not just sweep it under the carpet and say oh well lets try again thats better.

YOUR BOSS The prime minister Mr Cameron constantly talks about family values and restoring family lives yet so many have been completely destoyed by these individuals, by sweeping the issue under the carpet and these families having to start again or go bankrupt does not in any way restore these families lives the fact is that they are still very much in turmoil.

And thats the very reason why he should act and make an example of them. If they truely believe what they are saying (about the riots i must admit) the only way to make sure the same doesnt happen again is to make examples of the perpetrators and haul them into court, then action is very much well overdue.

Let put it bluntly Mr Cable.

If someone had stolen at least £2.3million pounds off the Governement what would have happened

The perpetators would already have been in court, be found guilty, be sentanced, and now be serving time. Their names would be all over the media, nicely shamed for all to see.

Meanwhile people would be calling for an enquiry as to HOW could people be able to get away with stealing such a sum AND for so long.

What do we have, we have got it in the media, however when it comes to asking the government and its departments for help what do we get, we get some letter with a whole host of spin already over it. We the DCM clients are interested in what is to be done so that it does not happen again but MORE importantly we are asking for what is going to be done for us.

I would say that you have gone out of your way giving us all the spin on why it wont happen in the future (the response to my MP's letter did take you a while), yet you have completely and neatly forgotten about what is going happen about the present.

There are people who did what they did, walking around without a care in the world, they are nearly as delusional as you Mr Cable. Thinking that they have got away with it and are planning to do it again.

And before someone from another debt management company comes on here singing the praises of his company (and you know who you are) Mr Sentley Wilson has had more than one bite of the cherry, should have been "stopped" by the wasters we commonly know as the people of the OFT a long time before he went anywhere near DCM Apex.

This Goverment has many things to deal with right now. So they had better try getting there act together.
I have been trying this morning to sign the e-mail online petition, about the riots its on the HM Goverment site. It's so buy at the moment, but I will do it when I can that's for sure

It mention's starting new petitions, on that site. Maybe we could start a new one Mike. Have a look. Maybe you already have.

Hubby rang Cleardebt about the FI folks keep bothering us. It seem's that they had taken over one of the debts, from someone else.
When the meeting took place of his debt people, they were not there.or didnot turn up. Thats why they kept bothering us. Cleardebt were contacting them with his IVA number or details. Whatever.

Every time the phone has rang this morning, I am ready to blast them, with the harrasment act.

    Regards

just give them Cleardebts number and your contact name at cleardebt and tell them not to bother you again. That what you are paying cleardebt to do.

This is exactly why i think legislation is required not this mickey mouse gudiance on what we expect.

Debt management, debt collection companies all need to be legislated on their conduct. Legislation will put the rouges out of business, Legislation will also for those that wish to remain trading will lead to training, training will lead to best practice cos when you make the directors responsible for their companies actions they generally behave as directors wont want to go to jail.

There is one debt collection, debt management company out there that the parent company sells poultry products !!!!!! are these people doing being allowed to operate in the debt management, debt collection sector when they clearly have no experience in it and have no long term interest in this.

The way things have been and seem as though they still are at the moment anyone can start up a business like this and fleece the clients, pay nothing and walk away. There have been NO controls at all and the OFT have been a waste of space.
Sentley Wilson has already been found guilty of misappropriating funds and been struck off so how are these peole allowed to operate or be directors at all?
