Today i have had notification that my Wife and Myself are now officially Bankrupt, so i thank you for that Apex Dcm, not exactly the position either of us wanted to be in, but i guess we have to accept what has happened and just get on with life...

Shaney I'm so sorry and it really makes so ANGRY that there seems to be so much apathy elsewhere where we should be seeing action to deal with what has happened with this bunch of crooks.

Shane Look on today as the first day of the rest of your life.

You only have to look on the Bankruptcy board to see how many people have done everything to stop bankruptcy but once it has happened the feel as I said first day, onwards and upwards.

I would recommend reading some of the threads on there, all the posters have been there and come out the other side.

Oh and don't forget that motto...................

Dear all

DCM Apex going to feature on the up and coming series of rip off britian show. Series starts on 28th October 2011, dont know exact date of which it will feature but will post when i know.

hi all (well done on the ongoing good work and support for others)
emailed hjs recovery regarding money paid to dcm after administrators,well over a week ago (no reply).
my question is is anyone else in the same situation or does anyone know what is happening?

once again well done to everyone working behind the scenes to bring some kind of justice for everyone

Hi Tony.
I've not heard a peep from them for weeks-months I suppose so gawd knows what's happeneing.
I know I'm not going to get any cash back though,that much seems clear.
We are at the bottom of the heap.
