No,not even a progress report,it's not write and shows just where we figutre in the great order of things doesn't it?

They have said money paid to DCM after date of administration was ring fenced and would be returned, but they didnt say when it would be returned. (funny cos its probably earning them interest instead of the rightful owners of the money).

I have given up ringing them, i send them an email as they dont normally take phone calls but if you email them they have to respond.

The report at the last account was still ongoing, although i do know that the report on directors conduct has gone over to the BSI (OFT). We are not allowed to see it as confidential although i dont agree with this it should be made common knowledge what this report says to make sure it is right and not HJS fiction.

Remember everyone "Rip off Britian" starts on 28th October 2011, DCM is featuring in the series and this programme is going out across the BBC regions.

We Will also upload to Youtube like we did the BBC wales Xray Programme

We will also be uploading the BBC Radio 4 programme as soon as we recieve the audio and put the video together prior to uploading it.

We are speaking to various iother consumer affairs programmes from various channels.

So more will be going on in the near future.

We are not the only ones that has noticed the lack of this report we have been promised.

Various media has noticed it too.

We have further meetings arranged with MP's with a view to going to see some people in government about this scandal so they better get a move on.

HJS Recovery are damn well getting away with far too much, we are constantly left in the dark, never mind their ringfence, how difficult is it to not know who paid what and when after 2nd march..

I for one am now sick to death of waiting for the slow paced snails to pull their fingers out and produce some sort of concrete evidence that in all fairness we should be entitled to read, seeing as the penny pinching low lifes did actually take our money..

HJS Recovery you are seriously extracting the urine now, we have a right to know whats going on, this is rediculous things just dont seem to be moving quick enough..

They are taking their time so they have a chance of demonstrating another £90k for another report. For £90k there should be a need for another £90k report. They are just trying to make money off a terrible state of affairs. I know they are a business and they are there to make money but they are taking the !!!! now and are in danger as coming from the same level as the DCM directors.

Everyone is quids in in all of this except the people whom the money actually legally belongs to, that will be the clients of DCM.

Its a joke, they say they are there to get us the DCM clients as bigger return as they can when infact the only people whom have had any return on the nothing they have put in is the DCM Directors closely followed by HJS (Horrendiously Just slow).

They got to be careful, the next round of shows will not only be about DCM and what they have done but also HJS that took the only £25k left in the company and gave us nothing which wasnt what they were supposed to do

It's yet another crime against us I feel.
We should have been given REAL priority and consideration instead of which we've been kicked under the carpet and for what?
STILL no prosecutions have been made and I bet the !!!!!!s manage to get out of it all.

thats what cab told me when one of my creditors don't send monthly statements

I was getting letters monthly from my creditors and ringing them direct-DCM HATED that and then ringing DCM and checking up what was happening,I drove them mad but they used to pay and in the end I finished up with the payments more or less up to date but with DCM failing to return the £1400 which was supposed to be in my account even though I had been promised it for weeks.
I had smelled a very nasty rat and was trying to get my cash back before kicking them into touch.
Sadly I failed.

I did feel sorry for some of the girls at one stage when I pestered them but reading through from the beginning of this thread it seems thay all knew things were not being done as they should.
