Mike you and Shaney are doing a grand job and well done and thnks from us all - I'm sure I speak for everyone.

What annoys me is the sort of reply you got from Vince Cable which was totally impersonal and almost a dismissal of the problem as being too small for him to bother with and with no thought or mention whatever of the stress and worry caused to ordinary people as a result of slack or no controls by those who are there to look after our interests.
I suppose in the great scheme of things it IS a small drop in the ocean but it affects real peole - VOTERS,the ones these overpaid comfortable politicians are there to protect and represent - that is of course those who aren't bust helping themselves from the public purse and are as guilty as the odious Mr. W.

OK we know what they SAY is going to happen now and it's the same old shutting the stable door after the horse is well out of sight but there is no mention of any redress for victims or imminent punishment for the perpetrators of the fraud and theft.They are being given ample time to do a runner.

im lucky i got my MP with me, there are some one here that i know havent even acknowledged letters going to them.

Mine is going to help in what ever ways he can to get something resolved

but i agree with you this vince cable doesnt look like he cares.

one thing we do know is that if this is an extreme case and they know of the activities of DCM Apex and they do nothing why do we need the OFT if they cant investigate an extreme case knowing the activities then there is no hope for anyone so they might as well shut it down and start again

Yes EXACTLY Mke,it makes you oner just what WOULD provoke any action.
And surely there is enough inforamtion acailable even from what WE kbnow to make sure the culprits stay around to face the music.
It almost seems as if the authorities would be glad if they were too late the seem like toothless tigers at present and don't seem to know what to do.

Hi All,

Just wondered if any of you have heard of a company called Fredrickson International.

Over the passed few days, we have recorded messages left on our answer machine, to press this that and another. Today I actual took the call, they asked for my husband. Then I asked what it was to do with. They said a personal matter. When would he be in, I said I don't know and put the phone down.
There is a talk about a scam company called this.
As my hubby has a IVA which as been going for two months, I don't understand these calls if its not a scam. I rang my hubby at work to ring cleardebt today for some answers.

Keep up the good work with this dcm bunch.

Frederickson International are nothing but a pain in the backside, 3 letters in a week chasing a debt is excessive, so i wrote to the halfwits twice and both times they chose to ignore what i had to say, so in return i now ignore them and file their letters under S for Shred lol.. They can take me to court if they like and i will simply tell the judge of the situation and the fact i was ignored after writing to them twice and sent via 1st class recorded..

I dont have time to deal with idiots like that, even though at present i am ill and supposed to be taking it easy i still have bigger fish to fry...

Also With Reference To Post 766 I warn you Mr Cable you will not brush our need of assistance aside by feeding us useless information of which we already know, simply because you cant be bothered to deal with it.

At present i am preparing a very long factual letter, of which will be sent to Mr Cable in the near future..

Sorry to hear you are not well. All this stress and strain,is certainly not good for you and many others.
Hopeful this bunch at FI have now been sorted. If we should get another peep out of them today,they will get the full blast of dealing with me.

It's been bad enough dealing with calls that we thought DCM had supposed to have dealt with over the years, and the debts.

Well for someone who is not too good, let me say you did a great job mate,in the interview you did on radio 4 the other week. I would hate to see you when you are fighting fit.
