    Thanks but because 1) I don't foresee being in Camden again anytime soon 2) the 'capacity issue' around Canary Wharf which is my main problem, is well documented (there's a thread on the subject the 'Network' board of the eforum) and 3) given than I'll be requesting my PAC in about a week's time there's not much point really :p

    Your service is the slowest and weakest of any major supplier of electronic equipment that I have ever encountered.

    Please, PLEASE get on with it -- I am about to take this useless piece of equipment to the local Vodafone shop to get a refund.

    While I wait for your team, let me mention that, following Vodafone's earlier advice, I last night spent $29.95 on Port Forward. I let PF go into action, and it duly reported that everything was in correct order. However, nothing has changed, and I still have a VSS whose power-light is flashing, but that otherwise does nothing.

    I have now invested a total of some £70 in this useless piece of Vodafone equipment, and think that the right place for it is almost certainly the rubbish-bin.

    I shall let you know as soon as I hear anything from your technical people. So far, I have of course heard absolutely nothing, but one must not be greedy, you said that they would be in touch with me "shortly" only 4 days ago, and one really must give them a fair chance -- don't you think ?

    I can see that the issue with your Sure Signal device has been on-going for some time. I would like to get this sorted out for you.

    I have taken a look at your post on our eForum and spoken to the team. In the post that George has put, he has requested to have some more information regarding your issues with the device.

    Heidi -- Are you being humorous about this ? I answered George's message 3 DAYS AGO.

    What is it that he cannot understand ? On 19/03/11, Vodafone registered the device. Despite that, it has never got past a flashing power-light.

    How much simpler do I need to make this for George ?

    Please, PLEASE stop this time-wasting.
