    Hello!?
Believe what you like it doesn't concern me. For the record, ask me anything that a teenage girl would know (and I'll quickly score the internet for answer) Oj. Seriously though, I'm quite frightened if I sound like a 39+ man, Do I really?

Sweetie - having been a teenage girl, having had three sisters who were also once teenage girls, and having a daughter who now has a teenage girl - I think I recognise how teenage girls talk/write ...and also how troubled others write ;)

Personally I would direct all teenagers with troubles far, far away from here ......

Don't you think she is what she claims to be then, ie a 14yo female??

I thought the point of the thread was if maybe (for example) I had a problem with my teen daughter and wanted to see it from another teens view before I shot my mouth off at my daughter.

Or for one teen to another for advice and a chat.

I didn't see anything untoward in it at all and still don't.

ETA : As far as I know, there is no age limit on MSE. I've seen 12 year olds posting before now.

    Hi
I don't mean to jump from one paranoid to each other, But lemme get this right you now think I'm a "troubled" 39 year old nerd man?

Well a big thanks to you, for your loving little comment above there, another topic to add to my "Teenage Paranoias' list". Let me just remind you not all Teens are the same either! :D

You said it yourself groan ups are supposed to be worldy, wise and full of knowledge, Cue my visit on Mse!

It wouldn't surprise me to find that Teen Princess Talia is, in actual fact, a nerdy 39+ year old man frantically appeasing his inner princess :D !

I've been resisting the urge to post something similar - I have a 13 year old and can honestly say that "Teen Princess Talia" is nothing like her - thankfully!

I've recently been reading some posts on the DiscussionTime Forum and she sounds remarkably like some of the posters on there. I hope I'm wrong and I'm sure I'll face criticism for this but from her very first post "Talia" hasn't rung true.............

Just a few thing's honey (trap??)
I don't think Fake Irish was being horrible, I think he was just looking out for you, while mse can seem a lovely friendly place there are a minority that can be very judgemental & nasty & even us older ones can be hurt & offended by those post's so as someone who is younger I think he was just warning you to be careful
P.s If you find my posts inferior or annoying, then avert your attention. But for the record, if my posts have anything offensive or vulgar to you then don't hesitate to PM.
DO NOT invite ANYONE to PM you regarding any offensive or vulgar post's. If anyone see's anything like that they should report it to abuse.

It came as a suprise to me that all teens are meant to act in the same manner.

Surely that is the whole point of "Talia" offering her "help"?

I could actually do with some advice re course choices, overuse of Facebook and an untidy bedroom - won't be asking "Talia" though, will ask the parents of DD's friends who, remarkably it would appear, do all behave in a similar manner!!:D

Sincere apologies to "Talia" if I'm wrong about her.
