    I think that's common sense. Problem is that there are a lot of people that will move from L1 to L2 before the junction when there are slow moving cars that are coming off, and then waiting until after the junction before returning. As there's often around 1/2 a mile between exit and entrance, that is pathetic laziness. I'm not saying you do that btw!
