Trying to sell my sons bicycle he is far too big for it now, its only been used twice  want to do it on collection only but i thought id give free listing sites a try first - in no rush to get it gone!

Don't know of any sites, but have you tried your local paper? many of them have free classified adds, and many allow you to submit the advert on-line.0 -

It might be worth waiting until just before the Easter Holidays. Not only is it better weather but I would imagine most people who wanted a kids bike at this time of year would have bought it for Christmas - I know several of my family did.
Then again, if the listings are free, there's no harm in keeping on trying.
There are some free listing sites out there - hopefully someone can recommend some.0 -
Thanks for that.
I have found britlist and onlinecarboot (i think?) and have just put it on them found another called bitsandbobs and waiting for a confirmation email from them for my registration before i can list. The Only Thing Men Can Do Right Is Get Everything Wrong

If you live somewhere that is busy you could always put it out the front and put a note on it saying 'for sale £20' (or whatever).
My sons did that a few years back, put a whole lot of garden type toys and bikes out on the drive witha note saying how much each was. They kept watch of course as my toen isn't the safest place in the country!, but within a few hours virtually everything had been sold.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
