    Morning All,

Lowesy- congrats on your new baby, come on weight name etc:beer:

Hope those tired people have a nice rest today

I love a lazy morning watching something for the weekend and poached eggs on toast.

I think I'm missing out and need to start checking out facebook, I think that's were all the action is:cool: to be honest I struggle to keep up with this thread.

The sun is out today will be pottering in the garden and probably cleaning the windows and frames.

Lunch will be chilli and rice for a change. Feel strangely restless today for some reason and all the jobs seem to be piling up, oh well we will get there in the end.

    Have a good sunday x

    Morning all!
Haven't had the energy to get on here this week, for some reason my 3 days at work completely exhausted me this week, by teatime on Friday I was like a zombie and I was like a nodding dog driving down the M77 to come home! I am just off do do great aunt's shopping, then will make a chicken and bacon pie for dinner. Ironing fairy was requested but didn't turn up, so school and work clothes to iron, and the front door needs a scrub, amazing how manky pvc gets! JackieG, hows your sons eye this morning? Saw his pic on FB, ouchy!
    Have a good sunday, everyone!

    Morning

Decided to switch my day round and try and study this morning - afternoons are not good for me!! have managed to empty the DW, WM is on and I've hoovered and steamed the tiled floors. Dog bedding on the line having a 'blow'.

Doglet not chuffed cos we're not walking this morning but she's snoozing now and I'm sure will enjoy an afternoon walk just as much!

Thai chicken for dinner and going to try and make tarka dahl too which, according to a friend of mine, is another name for otter curry!:eek::eek:

    Have a good Sunday

good morning chums (just) :) I have diminished my ironing mountain which has pleased me no end and I'm just about to have a think about whats for lunch.Dinner at DDs late afternoon as usual so lunch will be light.I think I am going to make some parsnip and apple soup as I have some apples that are like me a bit wrinkly :) and I was given some parsnips yesterday by my DDs friend She had bought a bag in MrTs and only wanted two out of the bag I have about 4 left over ,so I'm not going to waste them.
Spare room looks really great now and all the sticky labels have gone off the head board.DD came yesterday afternoon and said 'Oh why did you do that ?@ She hasn't slept in that bed for 23 years yet she was still complaing that I had taken her 'stickers off'
No shopping for me this week I am definitely going to shop from my freezer and cupboards this month as I only have four weeks till my spring holiday so I am hanging on to my cash for my hols.
I hope everyone is having a good day ,weather is bright but a bit nippy at the moment ,but at least its dry.
    Take care everyone
