    Morning all

Cloudy here, but the sun is trying to make an appearance.

I can see the half marathon course all laid out outside my flat. I'm just debating whether to head down now and see if I can find my friend and wave her off, or just wait til her proposed finish time instead. I'm not feeling very sociable today so may just wave from my balcony (like the Queen :rotfl:)

I need some fresh fruit and veg so will try to pop to Aldi or Lidl later.

OS wise - WM been on and on airer at moment, may put it on balcony later if sun appears. The clean laundry mountain needs to be tackled later or I may not be able to get into bedroom!

I have no other plans for the day. I'm reading 'Eat Pray Love' at the moment and it's a very good book, so think I'll just read and drink coffee for now. I'll probably go on a little walk by the sea later as that always lifts my mood. I should do a bit of uni work too, but it won't take more than an hour to do.

    Have a good Sunday all

Morning everyone above, and those to follow! Mrs B went off to her placement at 7.15, so I've been up since then. I've housework and a mountain of washing to do today, and the Liverpool v Man U game to watch! Off to Sainsburys in a bit for the shopping - we've been doing that feed a family of four for twenty quid thing - then home to crack on. Got some surveys to complete too, but will do them in front of the footy. Chicken casserole for dinner with roast spuds and broccoli, and a "value" jelly for pud, which I might jazz up with "value" strawberry whip! Have a good day all.

Overcast here today again, but the washing dried overnight on the line so I can't complain.
Hubby had a full english breakfast & we're having topside of beef for lunch today.
I might get him to start the seeds for the hanging baskets today, he can do it on the kitchen table, hopefully he won't be using the microwave to warm the compost up like he did yesterday.
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester

    Morning all :)

Awake at 7, again . I suppose from 5am it is a lie-in but I do wish my body would understand that I might quite like to see my bed a bit more.

Anyway, have taken the woofers out - I do love it on the hills in the early morning, on a weekend, before all the tourists come out. I think I'll probably go back to bed in a min to finish my book - Nemesis by Jo Nesbo. I had four other books delivered as a suprise from my mum, and I can't wait to get started on them :j

OS wise, it's the floors today. The dogs love tripe and have been eating dried sticks of it, so the hall smells of it  Everything else is clean as there's only been me here for 4 weeks and I tend to not make a huge amount of mess. Oh and I need to change the bed clothes.

Dinner is roast chicken with veg so I can make something else exciting with it tomorrow when I get back from work. Am on a sign language course, which I have been relaibely informed runs from 9.30-3, not 9-5 like it supposed to :rotfl:

Haven't heard from the OH since Tuesday, so I hope he's ok and hasn't been hijacked on the way back to Sri Lanka :(

    Have a good day all.

    T xx

You didn't dream it! Yep i had it about 6 weeks ago. i had the 1hour session, and I have a very short affirmation to do every night. Has it worked? Well I've lost about 5lbs since, I am doing Slimming World too. What she did was put suggestions in the hypnosis so that when I get bored (my food trigger) then I'll do something else like read, ring a friend, surf net etc. This bit has worked. I don't find myself eating out of boredom much now. And I'll subconsciously make the effort to turn down 'bad' food - although this doesn't happen all the time!! :rotfl:. Cos I've not been well, and a bit down lately I've eaten a bit more 'bad' food than normal (comfort eating) but I've not had the same pleasure from it like I'd normally get so that may well be due to the hypnosis.
