Brilliant idea for a replacement party bag, get a great box to keep bits in after all the sweets are gone too ;) Were the boxes from Woolies?

yes the boxes were from Woolies. i think they are great boxes - a good size for children to keep little bits and pieces in.

if anyone wants books for hampers or parties the Book People have got loads of sets in which work out at £1 or less per book. I have just been through the catalogue and have a huge list for Christmas and birthdays:rotfl: there is also code for free delivery

Went to MrA at the weekend, & they've got the Halloween stuff out now. Anyhoo, I got a pack of four wine-type goblets for £5; the stems are a skeleton forearm, with the hand holding the champagne flute shaped 'glass'. Each glass is a different colour & there is a ring on a finger with corresponding coloured 'gem'. Okay, they are plastic, but I got them for my very closest budd whose very heavily into zombie films :p

They also had cupcake gift bags--looked a bit like shopping bags with cord handles & approx 20cm deep x 30cm wide & £2:49....I know how much you folk like your cupcakes :D

Matalan also have ladies black socks with spiderwebs on them, very pretty! £1 a pair.
  • well went in the new B & m shop today.....knew it would be too much temptations....came out with 2 carrier bags full!!!! got 2 fleece throws, one was lazytown for my nephew, the other pink for my niece. Also got miniature archers 69p each, various chocolate and mini toiletry bits . All looked useful to me . Loads of high school musical stuff in and disney type stuff.
Then went in wilkinsons and got 3 kids books reduced to £1.65 for the three.

good job i have another 12 weeks at this.

I need some ideas please ppl
Ive been asked to make up a hamper for my mums friends nephew, he is turning 16 and all Ive been told is that he likes Lynx and Celtic FC.
So far Ive got a lynx set I picked up in Boots cheap, and 2 lynx shower gels.
Im going to try the Celtic shop today to see if I can get a mug, and maybe put some chocolates in the mug. Anyone got any other ideas???

    Thanks in advance
    x

Ok so far Ive got, 2 mint aero choc bars, 2 lynx shower gels, a lynx set, a small poker set, 2 adidas face washes and ive put it all into a grey basket. I need another few things to add to it, just to fill it up. Any ideas?
I went into the Celtic shop today but everything was too expensive, a mug alone was £7.

    Thanks
