Sorry to bump my own post....but any suggestions would be gratefully received!
we bought our friend a rose one from asda she loved it.
also will she be heavily pregnant in the summer? if so swollen feet are to be expected so a nice pair of flip flops( very cheap in the sales now) would be useful.
if this is her first baby a book called "what to expect the first year" covers pregnancy, birth up till babys first birthday.
it was called "the bible" in our house and was the best thing I bought during pregnancy.
hope these help.0 -
I bought a friend the Jo Frost baby book and she was delighted. Her baby is nearly four months old now and she said it is very good book to read.0

Hiya Mushy,
You'll catch the hamper bug and you'll be hooked!
Check out this hamper company - should give you some ideas. I like the worry angel - my daughter has one of these which she got from a pound shop - Bitz in Exeter has them I think.
- Recently I bought some cooling eye glasses (not really glasses but that shape) from Morissons for approx 69p, exfoliating gloves are about the same price in there too.
- A comfy cushion
- Memories book
- Voucher for a manicure/pedicure:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j0 -

Busydaffodil honey, I made these myself, I have 3 of these left over from last year. If they are of any use to you just send me your address and I'll post them to you for free. They wouldn't be a plaything for a little one though as 2 of them have googaly(sp) eyes.
Genuine offer, I myself have only had good experiences from ebay but it makes my blood boil to hear about the not so good ones.0 -
