  • Just sent off second letter, as had the normal reply from Abbey about getting back with reply within a month. The total charges I want to claim is 6159.00 plus interest of 733.91. I would like to keep it as one claim if possible, but could someone tell me what a manual N1 form is please? Any help on this would be great. Keep up the good work everyone.

yep...if you go to https://www.hmcs.gov.uk and click forms, then search on the form called N1 thats the manual version of the moneyclaim. I'm not sure if there are particulars of claim on this site to complete it.....I know there is one on https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk in the templates library - you'll have to register - its free......I would definately recommend having a look at the form first, it allows you to enter a much more detailed particulars f claim and attach your list of charges to it from the off.

Also if you are on benefits and exempt from court fees for any reason you'd have to use the N1 form along with the Ex160 (i think its ex160).
