How much have/will you spend today Monday 20/11?

Good morning lovely DFWs :)

Monday again - they seem to come around quickly nowadays! Not much to say this morning, think I said it all last night :o

Planning on a non spender to kick start the week nicely!

Have a great day and keep it low!

    Morning Moozie,

I have just read your thread, it brought tears to my eyes, you are such a supportive person, thank you so much!

I am going for a NSD, have a work lunch (Christmas season has well and truly kicked in) and am going for dinner at my Dad's tonight.
    Saving for an early retirement!

Morning Moozie, hope you ar well today. Bit worried about the spending situation today. Have to go to hospital for a blood test later and the car parking costs A FORTUNE -EEK!! But don't feel up to driving round the resedential roads looking for somewhere to park. Also, if I get another perscription will have to pay for it on CC (thanks Nat West!) which is a pain. Think I will have to get £10 in cash for parking etc again from CC (all htis when we are owed £512!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Not tooo happy but cant wait till Thursday to have the tests/get medication. Oh well, nothing else though. Have a good day hun.

Big snuggles to Moozie and everyone else :)

I just banked some money and eBay cheques, which made me feel good. Will spend around £10 on Anniversary card and nice food from M&S (tomorrow is a special occasion!)

Am a tired girl today. Have tomorrow off for hospital appointment / anniversary, so will pop to 99p shop whilst i'm down that way and stock up on soap and pickled onions.

morning moozie, hope today finds you and every other DFW well. It's been bucketing down where I am, bit of a dull day weatherwise, tho not cold. The good news is the man from Thames Water came this morning and fitted a water meter ... so that should save me some money!! (finally – it has taken 'em over six months from when I first called to say I wanted a meter...!) There isn't any bad news, so I guess that puts the day off to a good start. I am aiming for a no-spender today, I work from home on Mondays & have plenty of nice food in the house, no reason to spend
  • I am hoping for a no spender today, depending on whether my OH remembers to bring in the milk - probably not. He's a bit forgetful when it comes to money, I always have to nag to get his half of the shopping, he gets me to pick up his dry cleaning then "forgets" to reimburse me.

Feeling really down today, November seems such an endless month this year. Is anyone else feeling that? Its still eleven days until pay day :(
Dealing with my debt and my weight :D
    Debt at LBM 22/12/08 £33,270
Debt now £30,100 (9.5% paid off)

    £2 coins saved and banked = £210
  • Morning everyone - hope this is the start of a good week! Didn't think so on my way to work!
Got to get some fruit and veg to last me the week. Am ashamed to say that my housemates made me feel so unwelcome at home at the weekend that I spent most of Saturday and Sunday in the pub. I truly need to keep my spending under £5 this week to get back on track.
    Overpay!
  • Its a nsd for us today,

Just found out that we are due a extra tax credit payment this week so that will pay the rest of the xmas pressies off.

    Hope everyones ok

    Hi Moozie
I'm off for lunch out with my best friend not sure what it will cost but have budgeted £12. I'm really looking forward to it as we haven't got together for lunch since May. Other than that I need to get DD a present for her friend's birthday party she is going to on Saturday. Hopefully I will spend no more than £20 today.
