OMG, I put on 2.5lb !!!   How did that happen?????
Only thing I can think of is that I went to the gym today and I had a big lunch?? I'm also half way through my period so maybe that has something to do with it? I'm blinkin annoyed as I was soooooo restrained this weekend when we went away and was really careful when we had DH meal out.
I just hope it comes off, plus more, next week :mad:Save £12K challenge 2015 # 173£0.00/£10,0000 -

Hi all!
Well I finally did it and joined my first group on Monday! :j I've joined online before but never been to group.
It's really focused me, which is why I did it, and I also picked up a new recipe idea as they were having a bit of a party!
I guess it won't be new to a lot of people but thought I'd mention it anyway. It's a chickpea dhal bake. The consulatant brought it in and it was lovely. Mine is in the oven right now!
You just cook up a packet of free savoury rice, curry flavour, mix in a tin of ASDA chickpea dahl, mix in 4 beaten eggs and throw it in a flan dish and bake till set.
It slices up lovely and makes a great snack or part of a packed luch etc..
Hope this helps!0 -

Currently eating sprouting broccoli mixed into some not very exciting vegetable soup. The broccoli stems are a bit tough, reminds me of asparagus that people haven't broken the woody ends off, so am leaving a little green pile behind!
I love pickled garlic, often have a clove or three as an appetiser. Also this week I've become hooked on a giant plateful of superfree (raw) celery, cucumber, radish, onion, beetroot - with a pile of seafood in the middle - and just slowly eating my way through it, by god it's tasty and I do feel virtuous and clean when it's all gone down!
We had a taster party last night, some good stuff but I think the best was the home made pork sausages someone made from one of the Extra easy cookbooks, I don't really like sausage but these were gorgeous.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!
