Last night at my SW class (lost a miserable half a pound by the way) there was talk of Scan Bran cakes. I picked up a leaflet that gave recipes for Ginger cake, Scan Bran Sticky Toffee Pudding, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Heaven - all using the dreaded Scan Bran.

Has anyone tried these recipes? Any comments good or bad?

Dinner was yummy, really garlicky quorn bolognaise:D Good thing hubby is in Copenhagen on business, he wouldn't come within 3 feet of me probably:o

Speaking of hubby i think i need a SW medal for restraint! He came home yesterday having visited a biscuit factory with at least TEN packets of biscuits:eek: Now we are both trying to lose weight, what possessed him to think that was a good idea:cool: I however have eaten none of them. Not even really tempted other than when i was hungry earlier but realised it was a bad idea.

Hello everyone and to the new thread, have had such a hectic day with work and a meeting after and now have my silly hyper head on due to lack of sleep/food today. Might go for a power walk/jog/attempt at running later burn off some of this energy.

Having said I was not going to WI I decided to go but then could not as meeting went on too long. Can't go to village meeting tomorrow as going to Zumba instead.

According to my scales I've not put on over the weekend of over eating, hope so but will wait until WI next week now.

I had a try on of a maxi denim skirt I brought in the sales - in a size 14 when I needed the 18 - finally could do it up last night - and my 16 jeans are feeling a bit loose now, really hope I can keep losing the inches:)

    Hi,
Quite a good day I think - green again!

    Breakfast - Hifi bar
    Mid morning - banana
Lunch - potato wedges and beans, grapes and strawberries
Tea - quorn meatballs, passata, wholewheat spaghetti and cheese (2 x A choice)

No syns so far but will probably have a biccy later.

Am actually quite full but I'm sure it'll change soon;)
