Yes it could have been worse, you're right. My heart goes out to that man of yours, no wonder he shudders. It doesn't matter how I'm feeling cos when I read your posts I always laugh.

Hello again, I have just watched the 30 day shred. I know, I know, I only watched cos I had a late lunch so will do it tomorrow. What I want to ask is MRS M - did you start off with using the weights or not? I used to go to the gym regularly when I was getting to target and also do work out dvds but haven't done a lot of exercise for ages and not sure whether I could manage it with weights. xx

B - bran flakes and cuppa (hea & heb)
L - egg mayo sarnie (heb and 0.5), half rolo yog (3.5 - shared with my son, not that i had much choice in it!)
T - mac cheese (6 for sauce plus hea for cheese)

I've been Money Tipped! Chutzpah Haggler
Afternoon everyone, sound slike everyone is doing great, I have my weigh in tonight, ended up seeing the dentist as an emergency yesterday and yes I have an abcess, I am now on antibiotics and strong painkillers, was in absolute agony last night but they kicked in overnight and I'm feeling better today although my face is very swollen.

Consequently I could hardly eat anything yesterday, I had 2 shape yogurts, some scrambled eggs and some porridge last night that was it, oh and a glass of whiskey to try and numb the pain!!!

But today although I still don't have my appetite back, the pain is under control I have eaten better, I had shape yogurt for breakfast, ham salad on a wholemeal roll for lunch and a mullerlight and that's it so far, planning on having beef stew with mustard mash after my weigh in, would love a dime bar for my syns but don't think I will be able to eat anything that hard just yet
