Sorry to hear about your abscess millimonster, hope the pain goes soon:)

Back on the wagon with a vengeance today, just bought a trolleyfull of veggies at Asda so I'm all set!;)

    EE (as ever) today:

B: NAS squash, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast and tea with HEA milk
L: ham, tomato and cucumber sandwich
D: beef stir fry with masses of veg and probably noodles (meat marinating as we speak)
Snacks: may have some strawberries or raspberries with yogurt if I feel any munchies coming on later

Would someone remind me which toffee yogurt people freeze to make a sort of ice-cream dessert? I'm not a yogurt person ( too sloppy, that's the yogurt not me:rotfl:)but I've started substituting it for cream with fruit and I thought maybe I'd like it frozen.

Hi, you can freeze any FF yoghurt really - not for too long though else you'll end up chipping away at it. About 45 mins to an hour usually is enough for me. x

According to my book you can have 142g of prawns but my book is a few years old as I don't go to class but do Slimming World on my own so I don't know if it has changed.

    Evening all

    Green day:

B - oats (HEB), FF yog, strawberries
L - HM SF carrot and lentil soup
D - pasta and HM SF tomato sauce (LO chilli!), cheese (HEA and HEB)
Snacks - banana, pear, pineapple, HM egg fried rice
Drinks - coffee (milk = HEA), water, squash, fizzy water

    Total syns = 0

Mmm 0 syns and still need a HEB, I'll have a snack after dinner probably to up that!

I bought these ice lollies today TESCO HELTER SKELTER
each 60g lolly is 46 cal,
    protine trace
    carb 11.3
    with everything else being trace.
Can anyone please help with the syns for this please
I am starting again today after great weight loss last year. I have since then stopped smoking and I have been eating everything in sight.
Oh and I have a huge stock of Chocolate Weetabix, I only had one today for breakfast, would this count as a HE b, or as syns?
    TIA
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

Usually, as there isn't any free food allowance in the lollies, I would go by the guide 20cals=1 syn, so 2.25 syns roughly.

You can have 2 chocolate weetabix for a HEB, and it's 2 syns on top of that.

So you have had 1/2 a HEB and 1 syn in your breakkie :)
