Thought I'd try them on to see anyway and they fitted :j I always get my jeans from NL so it must be tat I've lost a size rather than just different shop sizes!

Well done you! It's a great feeling isn't it?
Have a good day everyone x0 -
WI last night - lost .5lb - at least it's a loss! I'm a bit disappointed but lots of members had gains (including our leader) so I suppose i should be thankful......
Back to work today -(school dinnerlady!) - oh the joys!
Over the school holidays I have increased my exercise - I had been doing a 10-15 min walk before breakfast, but I've doubled that and am now doing a brisk 30 min walk first thing. I am hoping that I will be able to keep it up now we're back into termtime routines. The thing is the weight loss has slowed down - and I wonder if my pathetically unfit body is taking a while to get used to the new, slightly more active, me!
I really want to keep the exercise up as I feel better for it - and DD2's AS Levels are imminent - and I don't like stress!
Still, having said that the weight loss has slowed - the size 16 jeans that i couldn't do up 4 weeks ago can now be fastened, although not if I want to breathe.....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

Have you got the recipe?
x
The recipe for the cupcakes is on the recipe thread post #32
I just used small cases - made 20 small ones with a quark/strawberry flavouring/sweetner topping and pink glittery sprinkles - 24 bigger ones with nuttella/quark topping with a mini egg!
I didn't bring any home as they were all eaten!
Today = Green day
B - Magic rice with frozen cherries
L - Tesco Value tom & onion pasta with beans
D - Mushy pea curry (with rice if i can be bothered as out belly dancing until 9 - not home until half 9 at least!
S - Ryvita Minis (heb) Fibre Plus Bar (heb) Milk in Coffee (hea) Muller light, Banana, Quorn roast fillet (0.5)
I could snack on Nestle Honey oats & more (free sample!) which is 7.5 syns for 40g packet (i like eating cereal dry!)
Trying a bit of damage limitation as i had 35 syns yesterday  It would have been more but i resisted! I know it doesn't seem it but i did!
So if i do have 8 syns today, i will be :A
I think the trick will be to go to bed after dinner tonight instead of staying up and watching telly!0 -
Morning everyone, I'm having a bad day today, I have had toothache for a week now and now it looks like I have an abscess, I have been up since 3am in agony and my jaw is swollen i look like a hamster! I can't even contemplate trying to eat anything at all which is not good, going to the dentist this afternoon so hopefully I will get it sorted, hope everyone else has a good dayAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

Ahhh sorry, but I'm deaf until I get my magic ear....so I can't hear how bad I sound :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:confused57 wrote: »DIZZY - You are an absolute SAINT - well done on leaving the eclairs alone!!!! Also the modifications on the wagon are fantastic - do we all have to chip in to pay for the upgrade?
no the upgrade on the Dizzy wagon is my gift to you lovely lot for staying on plan(and it was getting a bit whiffy in the tank with all the DynoRod fumes ):rotfl:
I am still having a go at EE but I know I haven't lost anything this week (I know, I know I shouldn't get on the scales but I just can't resist) I am not blaming the EE plan though, I'm blaming my lack of willpower. I was SO good when I was getting to my target. I only gained a couple of weeks and that wasn't much but I am finding it so difficult at the moment to get back in that frame of mind.
Dont beat yourself up so much about having an 'off week weight loss wise' hunBank holidays (especially easter ones ) are really hard work! Remember how well you've done getting to target
Just cut yourself some slack - and you're head will find its 'zone' again

Millie......hope the dentist sorts the pain out today!!Absess - ouch not nice x

Hi all! Well done on the losses and inspiration and motivation vibes to all those with uni work to do!!! Mine is about done now, I just need to do my final assignment (2500 words) when I get back from my honeymoon!
Today is SE I think. We're out for tea tonight but the pub we're going to always brings out loads of veggies so I'll fill my plate up with those!
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana, grapefruit.
Lunch - large mixed salad, dressing (2), ham, pineapple, grapes, strawbs, jelly (0.5)
Tea - ????
I have another HEB so I might get a cereal bar for a snack after work if I can find a shop that sells the right ones!!!0 -
Good afternoon all
:Ton the losses folks and hugs to the poorly ones
well folks I may or may not be getting to do the car boot at the weekend - there is a faff going on at work apparently over who booked the van first (it was us) but it wasn't put on the board so now hubbies RQM is trying to sort it out. If not then we will just have to go and do a few of the German ones that are on every month. I wil still get the rest of the stuff sorted and boxed -then its done out of the way either way.
Righty ho then Im back to my red carb curfew that should look like this:-
banana
activia (2.5)
2x 227g jacket (2 x
cottage cheese
lettuce
cucumber
tomato
pepppers
onions
celery
tickled beetroot
tickled cabbage
tickled onions
pineapple
activia (2.5)
tuna steak
1/4tsp oil (0.5) -to stir fry:-
onions
broccoli
mushrooms
mange tout
baby corn
french beans
250ml semi (A)
250ml semi (A)
activia (2.5)
SO thats - 2A+B and 8 syns
I don't normally have 2 jackets BUT I haven't had a cereal bar for a couple of days and now I don't fancy one to use my 2nd B -so I thought I would use it on proper food -I nuked the spuddlies to death so they were all shrivelled, sticky n chewy mmmm I had less salad to make room for them
Hubby is having special fried rice tonight so I chopped the peppers etc for that and the veggies for my stir fry when I did my lunch -then its just a case of whacking both dishes together later
Right -I had better get off and get something done... have a lovely day all and keep up the great work!!-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
