On the lolly discussion, would it be an abuse of syns to make HM lollies from undiluted NAS squash like Ribena? would it work?

They would be free, so it's a great idea to make your own!

I'm having target troubles at the moment. Since I got to target I've just gone back to how I used to eat, not helped since I'm off work at the moment so in holiday mode. I feel like cr*p! I've not really eaten anything really bad, just well over syns every day. Too much bread and chocolate. I feel bloated and yucky :(

I need more time to get it into my housemate's (the ex) head that just because I'm at target doesn't mean I just get to stop thinking about what I'm eating and eat the type of food that he wants to eat. It took me 10 weeks or so to lose my last half stone, so I'm considering dropping another half stone. It'll take me at least another 3 months, but I find it easier to be focused when I have a goal and at the moment I hate having to explain it to the ex that I wasn't on a "diet", I was learning how to eat properly and that now I'm at target I'm not going back to how I used to eat. He just doesn't get it.

    Good Morning everyone

Hope everyone one is well ....

Another wet day here... you should have seen/heard the thunder and lightening we had here last night!!!! I love storms, but jeese this one was rattling the windows - the lightening was so bright it was blinding -even though the curtains were closed I was awake for ages and hubby somehow slept right through it

Anyhoo It has left everywhere wet n manky - Hopefully it will be better tomorrow as hubby is off work and we plan on going for a jog and then going out for the day

Well Im on my usual red carb curfew that should look like this:-
    2 weetabix (B)
    250ml semi (A)
    3 seedy ryvita (B)
    roast chicken mayonnaise (1)
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomato
    peppers
    onions
    celery
    tickled cabbage
    tickled beetroot
    tickled onions

    frozen strawberries/cherries
    activia (2.5)
    1 OX burger
    salad
    *as above*
    activia (2.5)
    250ml semi (A)
SO I make that 2A+B and 6 syns covered

I was busy in the kitchen yesterday so made 12 OX burgers and froze them in 3's -2 for hubby n 1 for me -so thats them out of the way for a while -I will make hubby some home made oven chips to go with his burgers n salad.

ooooh hubby is a sweety -look what he has got me :j:-
    these 2 are pre-orderd :-

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004SFGH32/ref=oss_product

It looks quite good -fingers crossed I get on better than I do with the wii zumba :rotfl:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0049EN064/ref=oss_product

I LOVE the big bang theory and have the other 3 sets

Then this one is on its way :T-

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0307450732/ref=oss_product

I have my eating under control now and Im a lot more aware of what Im "feeding" my body, so Im interested to see what other tweaks I can add to get as healthy as possible.
oooohhh and he has told me to go on Amazon and pick out a new camera -apparently its so I can start recording my progress again -plus it will be handy for my Nepal trek next year :D
Anyway -enough waffle for now -Im off to get my lunch mmmmmm
    Have a lovely day all....

That is so sweet! I'd love a new camera and some new wii games myself, however as the OH is a poor student along with me, so i've got no chance :rotfl:

I really enjoyed the Wii Zumba actually, I thought that I looked like an absolute numpty, and didn't think my moves looked anything like the dancer on screen, but thought it was fun and I was sweating buckets after 20 mins so should have burnt off a few bits of fat!

My mum, bless her, has bought me a Wii Fit for easter instead of an egg, :D it's currently at home though, so I've gotta wait until my mum comes and visits to bring it up with her. I'm wondering what games to get for it when it gets here though.

    Any suggestions?

Hi all I've been busy this morning doing my final Uni presentation.....glad that's over with and my big assignment has also been handed in too! One assignment to go now!

I had a bit of a blip last night as we went out for a meal but I'm firmly back on the tank today!!

I'm on green or EE as my plan fits both!!!

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), bananas
Lunch - HM soup, sw quiche
Tea - at MIL's but I think she's doing pork steaks with potatoes and veg and gravy (3)
