B: weetabix, milk and sugar (2syns, HEA HEAB
L: Pasta, fruit, yoghurt (am out of the house).fish mixture, potatoes, veg.
Snacks fruit.
This week I've not done so well as I haven't had everything planned out so clearly. tonight I'll go back to the magazines and plan a whole week's meals as the kids are on vacation for the next two weeks and I'll be cooking a lot I think.Trying to keep in budget.

Cant remember if the pack had the weight on but it didnt say what the callories were or any of the nutritional values, pretty annoying! Might text my consultant and see if he's up to the challenge of finding out0 -
Bex,most of them will be the same,. they are literally made of sugar and peppermint solution there is nothing else realy in it.apart from milk. It is made for hikers to get instant calorific energy while hiking. Heres a recipe. http://www.kendalmintcake.net/recipe.htm:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Morning all! going to WI tonight at a different class as I was out last night and missed my normal one. 3 weeks tomorrow to the wedding!!!
I'm having an EEish day but it'll probs be a bit of a flexi one as I have no packed lunch and nothing out of the freezer for tea!!
Brekkie - banana, porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - ? got to go to the market so will get a sandwich or jacket spud from somewhere.
Tea - ? there's HM chilli and bolognese in the freezer so it'll probably be one of those!0 -
Started SW last week,at the weekend I was given a v large veg steamer and a blender. Are there any well used recipes that I can particularly use these for? Also i am going shopping today,I see light alpen seems popular,is that better than other cereal?0

congrats to all who have lost this week. I lost 3lbs - but I'm not sure how I did it!
We had a bit of a party for Zelds - winner of the Biggest Loser 2011 and someone brought in diet coke chicken. I really liked it and fed it to the family last night - they mostly liked it! But you can still smell the Chinese 5 spice in the kitchen this morning....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
I've done SW in the past but not for years now. I've lost some weight lately without particularly trying to but it's very sporadic (lose 4 lbs and put two or three back on with a couple of weeks of non-stop-eating). So I'm thinking that I might try to get along to a group tonight, even though there aren't any very local and I work 30 miles away so might need to get to different Thursday ones if I'm home late. Does anyone else weigh in at different groups sometimes and does it feel at all awkward? Thanks for reading!0

Morning all
Well done on lots of cracking losses :T
Thanks for the lovely thoughts about our evening out -twas great... and my 2 courses (didn't want or need a pud :j) came to a grand total of 2 syns. It was a lovely place -all heavy white linen and heavy cutlery ans super shiney crystal and it was so nice to feel all dressed up -we have decided that we are going to go out once a month -hubby has his eye on a chinese he spotted
.....
I did have to chuckle though as for once I wasn't the one fidgeting with my clothes -apparently hubbies waistband was "a little tight" :rotfl: ... So as he generally eats what I do -I am going all *secret squirrel on his !!!* and putting him on SW with me -he will never notice -well apart from the benefits. I do all the food prep/cooking -so I have control of his meals *mwah haha* .... I will simply leave his heA for his milk in his coffee (he doesn't have much in a mug) -leave 1 heB as he always munches on dry ryvitas in an evening (so 4 should cover it) and leave as many syns as I can (for his beloved beer) ...... ok it won't be 100% but it will be pretty near
-I will keep you posted
...oooh and also -this weekend we will hopefully be giving jogging a try -I really think I will take to it (well once Im lighter) but Im going to give it a go and take it nice n easy -so if you feel earth tremors on Saturday-you know what it is :rotfl:
oohh and mum has lost another 1lb this week :j -she is sooo happy as its 11lbs off in 11 weeks -especially :T as she is 71 and very inactive. Like me she has been doing WW since the year dot and never managed to keep the weight off -this time she can't believe how "normal" the eating is -although she has had an ear bashing a couple of times for not eating enough
Any way another red day carb curfew for me today which will look like this:-
250ml semi (A)
frittata (0.5xA)
ratatouille (0.5)
apple
227g jacket (B)
cottage cheese
lettuce
cucumber
tomato
peppers
onions
tickled cabbage
tickled beetroot
fibre plus bar (B)
pineapple
braising steak and onions
carrots
cauliflower
activia (2.5)
125ml semi (0.5xA)
Right -I make that 2A+B and 3 syns.. so I might "buy" some more milk and a spoon of camp to make a coffee milkshake this evening..
I know brekkie was a bit strange but its what I fancied and really it was only eggs, bacon, peppers, tomatoes etc -so really a cooked brekkie in a different form. Im not sure if I fancy the braising steak -so if not I will have good old avocado salad (will adjust my syns later)
right -enough waffle -Im off for my lunch-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
