    Good morning lovelies
Happy birthdays for thoses who have birthdays:bdaycake:_party_ have a lovely day.
Congratulations to all who have been told their child has got into the secondary school they wanted , I remember the nervous wait very well;)
Good luck to all with job interviews.
Well I was so tired last night was in bed just after 8:eek: Didnt take my tablets so woke up just after 1am in agony.Took tablets and was back asleep by 3 so am tired now and really stiff and achy:( so will be taking it very easy today , it took me nearly 20 mins to get down the stairs:eek:Thankfully the kids loaded and turned the dw on put a load in the wm (the first this week apart from the bath mats on mon) and walked woofer so I can take it easy today :) A delivery man banged on the door befor I came on he had bought my sons rowing machine:eek:had to ask him if he would bring it into the front room as I wouldn't be able to lift it he mumbled something but brought it in then saw woofer and was on his knees being given lots of fuss by the dog.Turns out he breeds rotties so got lots of advise from him about the breed and a booklet that he had in his van that he gives to ppl when they buy a pup.So perhaps he was an ok bloke after all.;) God knows where son is going to put the rowing machine .Dinner will be something very quick and easy tonight but have no idea what yet.Have a good day everyone.

    Morning-

Happy Birthday Dazi and Jaxx, hope you have lovely days.
Belated birthday greetings to Nic,glad you enjoyed yourself.

Didnt get on to post yesterday,I'd had a carp nights sleep the night before, worrying about something,so didnt do very much at all yesterday.I did go on DS1s cross trainer which is in the conservatory at the moment, but its set my back off and is now aching like mad.DS2 is still off with his bad back, and though his dad was sympathetic at first its worn off now as he could really do with him back at work :( It does seem better than last week, and his posture is more normal when he walks though,so fingers crossed.

On the OS side,I have been making soup from lots of leftover bits to have for lunch, but finished it all up yesterday.I made a warm couscous salad thing with chicken, chickpeas, beans, sultanas, peppers and toms.It had a vaguely Moroccan feel :D was tasty and plenty left for lunch.

I have been making a T shirt type top,but am not happy with it-the fabric has some lycra in it and sticks to itself, not had any like it before, but it was one of my cheap £1 metre lots.I can always use it as a nightshirt if all else fails :rotfl:I'm going to try washing it today to see what happens.

    Have good days all x

    Hi Everyone
A big thank-you for all the birthday messages both on here & fb:beer:
Not much OS here today apart from washing on line as I have new toys to play with:D I have been so spoilt it's untrue. Flowers, chocolates, strawberry plants, a wormery, books, a big stash of cardmaking stuff, a very generous cheque from my Dad:A & a "This is your life" photo album from my mum with photos from the last 50 years:eek:(I'm sure I'm not that old really) Have to confess the last two brought a tear to my eye:o I even had cards with cash in! not had cards like that since my teens:rotfl::rotfl:And a card from some friends that has a badge on it that says 21 today in big letters & in between the number & the word it has 29 years ago in small letters:rotfl: I shall be wearing that with pride tonight when we go to the local carvery.
Hope everyone else is having a good day.
    Happy Birthday Dazi x

    Hugs,spoons & Hi5's all round x

That's horrible that your wedding album is mouldy. Hope you manage to rescue it. At least you have found it now and can maybe do something with it. Would be a lot worse if you didn't find it for another year!

thats a good point, were very good friends with our photographers and were hoping they'll help so far the pictures look fine, but it's not like a normal album it's a leather binder and instead of pictures it has like a thich high gloss board it's lovely and i think it's laminated so they should be fine (i hope) but were gonna need there help to either get a new binder or to get some printed for a new album (which is gonna cost a fortune) thats if they still have them somewhere :( i have social services coming today aswell which is no reflection on me but on another family member my kids have had contact with but i've beenb gutting my house it (it did need it tho) but now i'm wrecked and got next to no sleep i feel like i could burst into tears at any minute :(
