I revieved my item today (not the toothbrush) but no free gift! When i phoned to ask them about it (on the free phone number THANX)they diddnt know anything about it, and have had to email the relevent department and I have to give them 24 hours !!!!!!!!

And I still havent had a confirmation email but have had my stuff!!

So if I dont get my gift my stuff is going back

Thanks to caverncity for free number, brushheads being collected tomorrow.
As to free gift if that arrives, guess that can be returned also, unless thier is some legal way of getting the correct item using the screen printout as evidence. Will wait and see. At least its only cost time and not money so far.

Recieved the heads this morning,no free gift,so have returned them.

Received the heads today, no free gift. Queried this with CS and was also told it comes seperately (perhaps this is the case if they don't want to delay delivery of your first order with them?). And as the OP didn't order the toothbrush and has also not received the gift, I doubt it is anything to worry about yet.

It should be delivered in 3-5 days. Will wait and see, with 14 days to make a free return on the heads, what the hell.
