If they send me the heads they will be going back.

I have scanned copies of screenshots that clearly say Sonic Toothbrush

It's one thing IF they made a mistake on pricing, its another to then send you a tottaly different product for teh price of a different goods that being Tothbrush.

They have a choice, deny the OFFER or send you the item you ordered at the price they offered which was £9.99 for Sonic Toothbrush and NOT Sonic toothheads.

If they send you the head at £9.99 surely they have accepted the offer and thus you COULD then claim loose of a bargain thats if they send you toothbrush heads.

Im a grattan and freemans customer and they both have changed to heads for 9.99, think i'll either cancel or send back.

Just received confirmation email saying that I will be receiving the smoothie maker (free gift) towards the end of March due to limited stock levels. So that's good news to all who have gone for this freebie offer and like me, had no immediate confirmation about it from Grattan.

Oh no - I have just received four packs of totally useless tooth brush heads for toothbrushes which I dont own!!! How cheeky of stupid Grattan to ignore their mistake and send out items which we have not even ordered. Dont know whether just to return the items or to go mental...
