well only brush heads arrived and i have arranged for them go back. but it was all automated. no chance to even complain to anyone about it..gggrrrr
and no smoothie maker..only a chance to ring a premium number to see if i had won £1,000.
i shall never use grattons again..total con

just off the phone to grattan as ive just recieved my welcome pack and invoice for brush heads:mad: there answer is that i ordered brush heads and when i explained to them that i have printout and screenshot of it being a toothbrush she said the picture does show the tooth brush with several heads and the cheapest toothbrush she could find was £30, she said she couldnt go in via the order number to find it and refused to budge so i told her to cancel but brushes allready with courier so ive been told to refuse delivery of the heads and thatn should be the end of it.

Also no mention of the smoothie maker only the offer of a free benucci watch:(

Just received my purchase. Pretty good delivery but I did not receive any confirmation, letters etc to say my purchase had been made.

I have just rang them about my free gift and they said this comes a few days later. the free gift is logged on my account.

Also good luck with the brushheads. We all new it was a mistake so see how far you get.

I didn't go for this one because I already had a smoothie maker & nothing else looked interesting. I actually bought it using my boots points a while ago and it is pretty good. Generally it comes out during the summer when I pack it full of fruits / chocolate & icecream...yummy.

If you have ordered the toothbrush and get heads instead but still get your free gift. i.e. the Kenwood smoothie maker. is it not still a bargain and worth keeping.
If you send the heads back then surely you have to send the free gift back as well. Its best to check on that though.

I just got my brushheads - I did the return there and then with the delivery man.

I signed for it (after checking inside, the invoice did say I had the free gift, but it would take 2 weeks to arrive) then he writes out a return sticker and gives it to you, tucking the returns label back into the parcel - then I stapled it up and gave it back to him.

Saves the hassle of organising a seperate return and I might still get my free gifts (shredder and spa set - two separate toothbrush orders).
