Hi all and Happy Friday to you all.
I am sorry I have been AWOL this week. Its been a toughie. Busy at work and a couple of pieces of bad news have kept me off line.
However, I am feeling a bit better and hopefully my focus will come back soon.
Have spent a little on groceries this week, but my budget it still intact.
Going to see Russell Howard tonight (DHs Christmas Present) so we are eating out (cheap and cheerful) and hoping that doing something completely different and the humour will lift our spirits.
Hope everyone is well. Catch up with diaries soon.

Hi <waves>
Comedy show was great - so funny! Forgot all my troubles for a couple of hours.
On the MFW front I have now opened our new instant saver account and all that should be finalised in the next few days. We have decided to move the whole of the joint account funds and see what we can do to close the other - (though it doesn't seem very easy to do!)
Few 50ps gone in the penguin and some £'s in the owl for savings stamps (will be getting that up to date this month!)
Sorted our my premium bonds I wanted too.
Busy times - trying to get a bid completed for our charity and organising fundraising etc... for the coming months.
Trying to get myself and my home sorted too as I've let it slide for a couple of weeks and there are alot of piles of clean clothes to put away.
HM Spag Bol and garlic bread on the menu tonight.
Hope everyone is well.

The owl is quite new (thanks for asking) - it was one of my £1 pressies off DH for Christmas - so decided to use it for my £coins for the savings stamps.

Hi
Haven't been posting as I've been pushed for time and I've felt really low. Could fall out with myself at the moment.
I hope that things will improve now the better weather is coming and I'll be able to get up the allotment and blow some cobwebs away.
Moneywise, nothing has happened this month so far as I am waiting for some expenses back from the charity and if I shuffle money I will leave myself short.
Hoping to have a proper update for you soon.
Hope everyone is well.
