Busy busy - be glad when this week is over (have I said that already?)
Work is crazy - going to try and get there early in the morning so I can get some of MY stuff done - isn't it crazy when you are short staffed.
Got a few charity tasks done last night - so those are out of the way for the week.
Pay day just 2 days away and I haven't made my meal plan yet!
Don't need to get too many meals sorted for next week as I am out 3 days running!
Tonight's tea is Pan Fried Salmon with Tomato, Basil and Fennel Sauce and Courgette Cous Cous.
Off to cook.

Happy Hump day everyone! I know I've said it before - but these weeks seem to be flying round.
Would have been my Dad's 70th Birthday tomorrow - so been thinking about him a lot this week.
Have done a rough meal plan for the week and will do my freezer inventory and the rest of the plan at the weekend.
Tonight's tea is Beef Stew that will shortly be clicking on in the slow cooker at home.
Can't wait for Pay Day tomorrow, hitting target and finiding out how much the dividend will be!
Hope everyone's week is going well.

Bit of an update.
Wasn't firing on all cylinders yesterday, several reasons including missing my Dad as it would have been his birthday. Lit some candles and remembered, without getting too upset.
Wasn't at work yesterday, so didn't get news of my dividend till this morning - gosh it was a very pleasant surprise and I will be able to knock a fairly sizable hole in my next target in one swoop!
Planning on spending a few pennies on the house too on a couple of things we need. I also plan to treat myself - don't know with what yet - but I will be on the lookout.
One of my colleagues retired today, so emotions have been running high - we are a close knit group - end of an era.
I also had a gift off the youngest member of our little team for helping him out while our Production Manager was away in China during the last couple of weeks. Some really nice hand cream (he knows I can't live without hand cream). Such a sweetie.
Got some of my grocery shopping earlier this week (out of March's Budget) as I knew I wouldn't be up to much this end of the week. Spent £26.41 in Herr A and £36.71 in Mr T - so £63 so far.
I have completed the meal plan for the month and I reckon I can easily come in on a £150 budget this month - there are still things in the freezer and there isn't that much I've got to buy household stuff-wise. Still no wine, so a saving there. We have got a few nights out in March but they are all budgeted for (esp retirement party next Friday where I don't have to pay hehe)!
DH isn't very well at the moment, so instead of going out celebrating, we are having a quiet night in.
DH just wants egg on toast for tea and I will probably have some noodles! I will save the Turkey Stroganoff for tomorrow provided DH is feeling better.
Wishing everyone a fantastic weekend whatever you are doing.
