*sticks hand up* that'll be meeee! :D I knew it was heading through - annoyingly there's loads of stuff in that clearance that I could easily go for - the Solutions Winter range I wanted to try are all down at £1 each as well. I won't be buying any of the Dry Skin SOS hand cream though. Nope. Absolutely not. :A Because I'm a good girl and I happen to know that in the following Reps clearance section it will only be 75p a tube! ;)

Why do they have reps clearance rather than general clearance offers? What to reps do with all the stock they buy so cheap? Join this group or sell on ebay?

Kaz your drain thing sounds Uuuuuurrgghhh! i really do NOT envy you doing that one little bit - I really hope it clears overnight and is fine when you get up tomorrow.

I know what people mean about cleaning cars - mine is really rewarding to do as she just looks gorgeous when she's freshly washed - all sparkly and shiny! I have the worlds fiddliest alloy wheels though so I don't like doing that bit so much! LOL!

Mine's a W reg Corsa that's got a fair few scratches on it (some courtesy of the kids playing with stones when they were younger!) so it never really looks gorgeous. Good job its reliable.

Trouble for me is that I know on Mondays and Saturdays I'm going to be driving down a muddy road so it'll all get muddy again soon anyhow.

Didnt think I'd have any UUs for a while, but my daughter's been using the shampoo and conditioner I was using when I had long hair. So thats 2 big bottles of head and shoulders for coloured hair gone . :j

I'm grateful my alloys aren't that much of a pain to do. I am lucky in that we have a super pressure washer at work, so I do use that. But still takes me about 1.5 hours including drying (I'm very thorough-otherwise the bits I've missed are always pointed out!)
That is some travel stash list :D

Just painted my nails with Miss Sporty 'Zodiac', have to say, the brush is amazing! One sweep does the whole nail and probably won't even need a second coat! It's a kind of metallic pale purple silvery colour - inspired by Sawan's fab metallic nail polish!
Aww... Thanks :) I was going to pain them again tonight, but no energy at all. Can we have a pic of yours please?

I had a mini pamper - nice shower, using (but no UU) Lush Ceridwen's Cauldron for the first time (not sure about this but maybe a judgement on next use), Boots Extracts Mango shower gel (LOVE the scent), epilated my legs & underarms , moisturised with S&G Girligo.

Now thinking about posting the one part of my stash list that I know to be complete :o

Fab nail polish collection Sawan! Where do you buy your nail art gems from? I really want to have a go!

Piccy of my nails, really does only need one coat! Not a great pic, neither my camera or my phone seems to be great at focusing

Wow sawan to the nail varnish collection:eek: and EH to the travel stash

Lovely nails thevicster, what a nice shape your nails are and a nice nail colour, would love nails like that - if there were a nail envy smilie I would use it here.

Sorry to hear you are still blocked up Kaz, hope you get it sorted soon. DD once put 1/2 a pack of baby wipes down our toilet when she was a toddler and we had to get an emergency plumber out to unblock it!!

2 UU today, JF colour enhancing hair product bought in Boots in the reduced section several years ago, been on the windowsill in the bathroom for ages and decided to use some only to find about a teaspoon full left so just did my roots with it. Also finished off a Nivea hand lotion DD left behind, ended up using everywhere today just to finish if off has been cut in half all week could not believe how much was left in the tube and nothing was coming out when I squeezed it.

1 IN a Sure deo from Boots using the 25% voucher, so 75p.

I did pick up another Glamour mag today, but decided against it as there were only 3 left and none of the gifts were really what I wanted.

  • evening ladies,

some fab stashes EH & Sawan!

thevicster - lovin the nails connie_1.gif they look fab!

I have another uu to declare - an unexciting Bayliss & Harding shower gel called 'calm' - this was part of a set of 4 I picked up from a clearance shelf in T*sco a while back, it did the job, but there are many others that do a nicer job.

    happy pampering, xx

I'm a bit worried about one of my friends. She's Japanese and lives in the area which has been hit. Loads of people have posted concerned messages on her Facebook profile but she hasn't replied yet. I hope she's okay.

Have you heard anything? I've got a friend who is at the edge of one of the worst hit areas but thankfully he's OK!

i washed my hairbrush last night - OMG :eek::eek::eek:!!!!!
will definitely be doing it at least once a month from here on in, and it's another way of using up shampoo :)

I have a little hair cleaning brush - it scoops up all the hair that gets caught so you don't get that urgh! feeling when you wash your brush :D Looks like a torture instrument but works :rotfl:

Great news about the dogs and horses. I saw the Lab REtriever on tv...beautiful!
Congratulations to your inlaws Sarah - you'll be glued to the screen for the best in show as well then no doubt! :D

She's a lovely dog :D Unfortunately she got cut at the group stage so won't be there on Sunday :( But still Best Lab in the world is something to brag about :D

I don't have a downer on all GP's. The reason we haven't moved surgeries at the moment is because I did a placement at my surgery and loved it. My kids love the GP's that they've seen there over the years :)

It's such a shame that the receptionists can put people off going to a good GP. I'm not 100% happy with my GP(s)(you get's who you're given unless you ask for a specific Dr) but I love the nurse at my surgery which is why I put up with the Desk Fuhrer
Kaz I use wait for it.....hair removing cream squirted down the bath and the sink. I have long hair and it inevitably makes it block. But someone on this site mentioned and I do that all the time. If I rememer I take a sachet with me on holiday as often showers can be blocked. I know its yuck but that helps. Hope it gets sorted soon for you :)

Great Idea! Will stick a sachet in my travel kit :D

what Hello Kitty BB are you all going on about?
I saw 50/75ml tins of Hello Kitty cherry and strawberry body butter in Poundland, price obvious!

The tins are very cute - in fact just the sort of tin my grand-daughter would like for her little bits and bobs if Nanny (moi) used up the body butter first .... does that sound convincing? :D :rotfl:

Although I'm not sure if I want to smell like sweets!

I've got the Cherry one - and it is really sweet - you can almost taste it :p Smells fab after a few hours though :rotfl:
I have had a rough week at work so yesterday I also caved and have ordered the S&G bundle from Mr B's. I wont be needing anything for a very long time!

    I'm very jealous. I want one. :p

    Me Too :D

No IN's for me, one UU and a couple of Splutterers:

The Spa Body Mud Mask (I thought this was SD but with closer inspection it turns out to be Boots): WIBA? No - didn't seem to be even slightly effective - so I just looked dirty and flaky for no reason :p

I have two mini S&G Hand Food spluttering. I've cut one open and there's enough there to last a couple of days and then I'll open the other one. I have one almost full mini and half a full size so won't rush out just yet.

The L'oreal Wrinkle Decrease Filler Eye Cream I thought I'd bought the other day turned out just to be L'oreal Wrinkle Decrease Filler - How do I use this? In the odd place it looks like I need it or as an all over serum? I don't have any wrinkles yet (*ducks - stop chucking things ladies!*) so might gift it to my mum (is that insulting?) or flog it on eBay :D

Right - off to bed

I tried to give the tampons and nail varnish to my Stepdaughters but neither of them have periods due to the implant and they didn't like the nail varnish. My Niece may want them i'll ask her otherwise they can go to the Charity shop.
