Moring all - UU a No7 lipstick in Bare. Have hardly ever used up a lipstick, so it seems like quite a hardcore no toiletry thread thing to do:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I like it a lot, but don't think I'll be buying it for a while, I have a lipstick mountain to use up.

No7 eye make up remover: All I really liked about this was the bottle! It couldn't remove all of my make up and left a greasy film. I bought it with the voucher at £2.50 and I can't believe they charge £7.50 for it normally!! I now have the Glamour Clinique freebie and EH's favourite L'Oreal version to try, so hopefully they will be much better. :D

I had the same problem with this product. Never again. Haven't tried the Clinique one but am using the L'Oreal one at the mo and it's my new HG. Removes everything, doesn't sting or leave any residue behind.

Have opened my S&G Breakfast Scrub from the tote this morning and I'm in love with it. Smells very similar to the Avon Planet Spa one however I prefer my scrubs in a tub so that I can scoop it out rather than waiting for it to plop out of a bottle (tres impatient!). Have used Philosophy Eggnog shower gel and BS Shea Butter Body Butter on top. I smell very sweet.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Morning :) its snowing here  so my weekend plans have been cancelled.
Anyway I have 1 UU - Bodyshup Vitamin E wipes - WIBIA probably not since I've got a few of the Tesco 21p ones which are just as good! :j

Morning! A UU that wasn't chucked out by the cleaner! :D
A pump action Aldi Siana Skin Kind moisturiser that I was using up on my feet as it was a few years old (it was hidden away) and was completely the wrong type for me anyway.
Which raises the puzzle as to why I had it!???
I think it was a present from my daughter.

WIBA? Well no, obviously, but it was a really nice treat for my feet and had a lovely light peach fragrance, very pleasant to use.

Regarding 'pleasant to use' I'm not very impressed with the Grumpy Cow freebie. Gift horses and all that, but the citrussy fragrance smells quite stale on me . What a disappointment, :(

This is post - wash so I think we can conclude that I didn't smell stale to start with. :D Quite how they justify £18.00 for 300 ml is beyond me.

  • morning ladies,

    a few uu's to declare

No7 Hot polish cleanser - bought ages ago with a £5 off voucher, this was ok I suppose but I don't think I'll buy it again as there are cheaper cleansers that I prefer using

S&G The Righteous Butter 300ml - oh how I love this stuff! Don't need to buy again as I have two more pots in the stash

Revlon photoready foundation x 2 - not quite sure how I managed to have two bottles of this on the go at once but have finished both of them - this is my everyday foundation and thankfully I have more in the stash

hope you are all well, xx

Couple of uu for me today, another of my C&E La source mini's, the body wash this time, the mini shampoo and conditioner refuse to end, only 27ml but last ages. Also finished S&G Breakfast scrub, really enjoyed using this and it worked too, I'm with you VALM on the scrub in tub thing, you get every last bit of it out.

Some ins too I'm afraid, 2 tubes of S&G Heel Genius, this was planned as I've been using up a S/D Natural High face cream on my feet but it's just not rich enough, to make up 3 items to get one free I got the daily smooth, not used this one before. Also a new top/base coat for nails, hadn't any left and I don't overbuy on this type of thing so am OK with that.

I've looked everywhere for the Glam mag with the make up remover and have not found a single one, all the other items have been available but not that - weird as I thought the moisture surge would have been the one I couldn't get.

    Morning ladies,

Before I confess, what Hello Kitty BB are you all going on about?

I totally agree with the comments about the No7 eye makeup remover, I used to really have to scrub my eyes and still everything wasn't off. I don't rate the UD remover that much though I really wanted too. Benefit's one is ok. But liked the Clinique one which is about to run out (prob 2 weeks max), which is why I wanted to G mag with that gift (I didn't stock up though-just the one). I'll try the L'Oreal one next that you guys have recommended.

Ok, so went to Bluewater last night, needed to buy a pair of trousers (I haven't worn trousers in years as I wear jeans to work). There was loads of stuff in the sale (obviously nothing I liked in my size). But I walked past the toiletries section...

    INs:
Daly Night Cream £5 from £12 (the SA commented that it was so good her husband had taken to using it as well and she'd bought more as she really liked it-so I picked up another one which I might give to my mum) - this I did need as per an earlier post - a Clinique freebie I had reacted with my skin.
Pedicure Socks £3 (Full price) - again needed these as can't find mine
Anti-Bac Handgel - 50p x 2 -giving these both to my sister, as she actually uses them
Floral Talcum Powder Gift Set £3 - for my mum
Cotton Wool Pads (from B**ts 342) - needed these had run out & none in stash
No7 Blusher Brush £6.50 with voucher - for my Hello Flawless - I was using a foundation brush, but with the nature of the product and the brush, more was staying on brush than going on my face. Didn't want to 'contaminate' my existing powder/blusher brushes (too lazy to wash between using )

swan82 well done for walking by that tolietries section, must have been hard, i take my hat off to you girl!

    mineallmine hair removal cream ???????

kaz every gp surgery should haveasystem to deal with emergencies that can't wait until the next available routine appointment, we have a triage nurse and a duty dr on daily available on the phone and for emergency appts for the dr and minor illness (IMPETIGO!!! can easily be dealt with by the nurse and i would have given antibioitcs over the phone for that one!) could you write to the practice manager to ask what the policy is exactly. We have patients who are sooo wise to the system know exactly what to say to get an emergency appointment and such time wasters while some of truly ill will wait dutifully for a routine appointment -never ceases to amaze me!

No celebrate - I walked past it and hence the INs *hangs head in shame*

But I did walk past (after stopping for 15 minutes!!) the S&G skincare stand in B**ts. I almost bought the Dr Spot, Eye Gel ang night cream. Then thought I'm still working way through EL eye gel and have the Clinique rollerball - I just bought 1(2) Tess Daly night creams from M&S- and I use tea tree oil on my spots (or my Organics thing when I can find it). It was a VERY NBI :j

I'm glad you're not going near any shops though. I love washing my car - I think it looks awesome clean and I think about all the calories I'm burning :A
