Thanks to Trudij and EH for the offers of ear bashing over coffee. It is really nice of you both to offer especially to someone you don't really know.

I will get my thinking cap on and try and come up with something nice to do tomorrow but I apologise now if it's something quite mundane.

Do have another estate agent coming round tomorrow so will try and get on as soon as I can.

I'm not sure I was expecting approval, more public flogging - I think I have definitely found my spiritual home here! Thanks for both the approval, and the subsequent adjustment. I am hanging my head appropriately :rotfl:

A few of those are splutterers, so I'm planning on having an extra long pampering shower tomorrow morning (if I can drag myself out of bed early enough!) to try to get those UU's started!

Can I just say how lovely I think everyone here is? I feel a little bit like an interloper joining in midway, but the support for people when things aren't going well is amazing. I do hope I get to know you all well enough to be able to do the same xxxx

Hey lyndsey, I'm not that far away from you (in Bath) and Swindon is my bestest, favouritest place for shopping :j:D:cool: So you know where I am if you need a friend/cry/lunch/copious amounts of alcohol/chocolate

I reckon that's about 3 years that you don't need to buy anything. At least!

I think that giving some away or Ebaying it would be a good idea. Saves wastage, space and earns you a bit of money.

Congratulations for counting it all and 'fessing up. Now get on with reducing it! :T
