    Morning Ladies!

Few UUs to report I'm glad to say:

Clarins Eau Ressourcante Silky Body Cream - persevered with this as long as I could but it has definitely gone off. It didn't absorb at all well leaving a slick of oil on my skin and it had gone the smae funny yellowy colour that was the fate of the other one. WBA eventually as I love the smell.

Olay Total Effects Radiance Cleanser - actually prefer this one to the Olay Self Heating Exfoliant that I have moved on to now. Did the job well both on my face and my upper arms. WIBA? I have another in my stash as well as yet another Self Heating Exfoliant so not for a while.

John Frieda Frizz Ease Serum (minature) - I really liked the way this worked on my hair - left it super shiny. I had been using Vo5 Smoothing Cream but switched to this to get a UU quickly and I much prefer the serum. In fact, my hair has looked really dull recently and I had been blaming this on my shampoo but it looks like it's down to the Vo5 Smoothing Cream. Annoying because I have half a bottle of that on the go and a full one in my stash. I might have to pass these onto a friend.

Hotel Body Lotion (miniature) - didn't enjoy using this as it smelt of lemons and I'm not a huge fan of citrus fragrances. Have put all my half used body lotions in the bathroom so going to move onto either Avon Little Black Dress Body Oil or Avon Skin So Soft Dry Oil next to get them used up.

Kiehls Cucumber Toner (miniature) - this was really good and lasted a long time for a miniature. I have loads of toners in my stash though so no need to buy again for a while. I still have a Time Delay Refining Toner on the go at the minute so will concentrate on using that for now.

Hope everyone has a great day!

    xx

    Morning ladies.

I wanted to get the Clinique GWP too but EH hit the nail on the head, they were all in the Glamour mag and i would just be buying them for a pretty tin, also none of the local boots have a clinique counter so would have to have gone further afield.

xoxo - Why don't you e-mail S&G from their website re the hair supply, lots of people have said it's awful but why should we put up with rubbish, they might send you a voucher to replace it with something else. I have Glad Hair Day in the stash and hope that's a lot better.

I am using Clean on me at the moment in the shower and as a body wash when in the bath, I bought this around this time last year and whilst I haven't used it full time it is still over half full. It lasts way too long and I get fed up using it every day. I don't think I will buy products in this size (500ml) again.

I am going to try really hard in April, might not go cold turkey but think i might put £20 aside in case I start to have withdrawal symptoms but will try not to spend it. If I know I can spend it I might feel better but if I say now that I won't spend at all then I will have given in during the first week.

Is my nail varnish stash not enough that there's all this talk of crackles??

thevicster, I think the nails inc purple one is a necessity though :p Can't wait to see the pics!!

EH, I really like the JF Brilliant Brunette Shampoo/Conditioner. Will go back to it once I finish my stash of Pantene and my one S&G shampoo from the tote.

    UUs:
Lush Honey Bee ballistic - WIBA? Yes, it smelt quite nice. But I still have 8 others (I think) to use ;)
EL Daywear Plus - WIBA? Yes!! This is my HG moisturiser. But now it's 'improved' and is just called Daywear. I have a pot ready in stash to use - so I really hope it's not their 'improved', my 'what on earth did they spoil a good formula for??' kind of thing!
L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream 30ml - WIBA? I have a new one in stash, and am currently using the lavendar one. I found this underneath my laptop stand (!!) and it had enough for 1.5 uses once snipped, which being me and wanting a UU, slathered it all on :rotfl:
No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

    I didn't think of that. Worth a go isn't it?:D

I like glad hair day, but found it was only good for 2/3 washes then I was using a different shampoo & conditioner inbetween because my hair was getting a bit dry. But it was a lot, lot, lot better than hair supply!

plus from Clinique, bought supermoisture make up and spray moisture surge and got a pretty tin withyouth surge/liquid soap/lip gloss/mascara/eyeshadow and moisturiser:j:j:j

ok I know I am really bad :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

off to put it all away now.
It is beautiful, but the DD Lotion, mascara, Facial Soap and Lip Balm were all available as freebies on the Glamour offer as well, I personally don;t like the Youth Surge moisturiser, and that, the DD lotion, and the mascara are all now in the eBay box. The eyeshadows are lovely though - I was expecting to be eBaying those too, but no chance, too nice! The tin is gorgeous, but I now have the "what to do with it" question....!

Can anyone tell me what the free mascara is? I'm not loving the mini high impact curling one I have, and do desparately need to get another clinique toner (I ran out ages ago, and my skin is *really* missing it!), so need to work out if it's best to get a bonus time thing, or try and get the toner cheap in duty free and pay for a mascara somewhere else...

I think the one being refered to is the 'high impact mascara'

Am going to be off to town again this afternoon - not so much for a shopping trip mind, although I shall try and finally get rid of this damn BS groupon :p

Saw a job in a cafe in town advertised, its only part time but anything is better than nothing so going to drop my CV in - except I have a huge problem now...I dont have one! After my computer exploded I lost it, OH's old laptop only has a really old version of word with 3 templates all of which are rubbish....and I cant find the really nice template I used to use on Word 2007 :(

I love the lavender one. Don't know if I mentioned on here that the last tube I got felt different in texture and left my hands feeling sticky after application. Was really miffed thinking that L'occitane had changed the formula and had a nosey online to see if anyone else was complaining of this. They weren't so I have persevered. Anyway today, at work, I thought that it even looked like the colour of the cream had changed so after listening to me complain like mad about it someone suggested I return it. Said I've had it for ages and thought maybe it was a duff tube. Sat there scrutinising the label to see if it had an expiry date on it and ONLY THEN realised it's b****y foot cream! Never mind, suppose it an replace the S&G Hand Food which has been relegated to foot cream shortly.

I do have some of those little tubes of the shea butter hand cream in stash however still also have my Groupon ASOS voucher to spend so will get some hand cream from there. And typically although they sell L'Occitane they don't sell the handcreams other than in travel sizes.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I'm the same with products in big sizes -currently decanting a litre shampoo and a litre conditioner - sick of seeing them in the bathroom for the last 18 months! Will stick to 250ml sizes in future.

Like you idea vivh, of putting £20 aside for April -think I might join you on that one.

In my teens I used a foot spray by mistake for a deodorant -a friend pointed out my error in the gym changing room - I was embarrassed at the time but actually it probably worked OK and these days I'd be pleased to have found a multi-purpose product!
I have never tried the L'occcitane lavender foot cream -is it very different to the shea foot cream (which also has a lavender smell)?

No UU's but I have sold some Decleor for nearly £30 on ebay!:T Just need to sell the Philip Kingsley hair stuff next!
