Just a quick post to say I had some more UU's.
Quickies Nail Polish Remover Wipes - WBA as they were very handly for my travels.
P & P Beauty Serum 5ml GWP - WBA and just did in the 3 for 2 offer and £5 voucher.
Also picked up my freebie Lancome Youth Serum thingy and got a lovely eye shadow pot from M & S's sale - Autograph light reduced down to £1.
Another £4 in my pot.No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -
Another bottle chucked out of the shower tonight :T, dregs of a Head & Shoulders...left my hair feeling like wet cotton wool though so finished off with lashings of Tresemme conditioner from one of those VERY LARGE never-ending bottles they come in!
Anyone used one of these?

This was DD's first product to test for Boots. Verdict, works ok on powder, but not good for wet mascara or eyeliner slips.
The instructions tell you to be sure to clean it the tip everytime you use it and actually suggest you use Simple face wipes to do so  and Boots sent a pack of these too to help her with the testing process :rotfl: Pay once, pay twice or what!! Seems like a bit of a waste to me.
DD reckons she will stick with the dab of foundation on a cotton bud, for cleaning up any eye make-up slips.0 -
morning all :hello:
hope everyone is well, I have another couple of uu's to declare :j (I'm so easily pleased, lol!) BS Mango shower gel, wnba, I hated the smell of this
also BS strawberry shower gel - finished off by DD, wnba as again not keen on the smell. To be honest, I'm not really that keen on TBS - now if I could only feel the same way about B**ts :rotfl:
also need to confess to some small IN's sssshhhhhh!
Bought the No17 Gold crackle varnish and two Miss Sporty varnishes in a blue and pale green colour - but with all the talk of nails and all the lovely piccys I got a bit carried away
off to do my time on the cold, hard, (very overcrowded!) naughty step - is it too early to pass round the chocolates?0 -
I too have been AWOL to Tescos, it' skind of addictive though! :rotfl:
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

Helped you out there - some of that text was a little hard to read......and no. it's NEVER too early for chocolate!
Another UU this morning - the Mitchum Smart Solid Stick - WIBA? Well I already have a stash of the Mitchum deo's that are my HG which I stocked up on before Christmas on the Boots shopping evening, and I am pretty sure that includes one of these, but I probably wouldn't buy the sticks again I don't think. The roll-on and the spray are excellent, but I didn't feel the stick was *quite* as effective, plus it actually made my underarms sting slightly when I applied it right after shaving.
Lots of playing with toiletries today but for other people as it's my Avon delivery day. Hurrah!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

He he I'm not letting her get away with it either :rotfl:
Was looking at the stick the other day - as I thought it'd dry much faster than the roll on. Might not bother now if it stings and is less effective - I mean, it needs to work or no point putting it on!sunshineyday wrote: »morning all :hello:

Personally I'd go for the roll-on instead. You might find it fine though - different people and all that.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

On the hair front it it pretty much my usual colour - think its called "red passion" by swarzkoff live. Its maybe a tiny bit darker than it but thats it. So as a warning to anyone else with "intense hot brown" it appears to actually be red rather than brown. Was wondering if the dye just didnt work where it was already dyed but my roots ( mousey light brown) is red too. Would i use again (more vouchers) - YES. Would i buy it - NO not at the price of £6.99, my usual is over half the cost cheaper
I'm actually glad that the L'Oreal mousse is a red cos its the one I eventually went for:j I have e-mailed L'Oreal about the lack of reds in the Sublime Mousse range though, told them I was very disappointed in them :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Wow there's no getting anything passed you guys!:rotfl:
Yes mine is definitely a pale gold, maybe it comes in silver as well?
Anyways, I had a go with it this morning over my very lovely new blue varnish, and had to get the nail varnish remover out pronto! It did crackle a bit but tbh it cracked into streaks IYKWIM? It just looked like it put it on and missed bits. Maybe I need a bit more practice!
I now have another two uu's: quickies nail varnish remover pads - will definitely buy again, these are so handy
also S&G Glad hair day shampoo - have another one in the stash to get through but then will probably not buy anymore as I'm not that keen on it.
Off now to try and get some stuff done, have a good day ladies, xx0
