Got my voucher today - £24.73 :j Not bad on a £59.71 shop
I'm in shock - just realised that £24.73 was the difference and the voucher is actually for £49.46 :eek: :T:T:Trosemary54 wrote: »ladies I have a problem!
I have lost my hole
it was there last time I needed it(about September 2010) but now there is no sign of it.I asked DH if he had any ideas and he said it must be there somewhere but then he does not often use it so how would he know?
I have just spent a hot hour looking for it,I raked about for it,poured water all over the area and proded the area with a stick but all to no avail:(:(:( so just had to put my sheets which I had hoped to dry outside into the tumble!!!!
p.s am talking about the hole for my rotary dryer of course!....well what did you think I meant:rotfl::rotfl:
I thought you'd gone mad!!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Had a shower this afternoon - after walking to and from the gym I think I needed it!!
2 UUs finally : Imperial Leather pink shower gel and palmolive talcum powder - gawd knows how old these were - think they'd been in the stash for years!! Dont think either of them are on sale anymore!XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX:wave:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX0 -
Two small UU's this week:
1 x travel shower gel
1 x sachet of hairmask
x* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *
* Slimming World follower (I breastfeed so get 6 hex's!) *

Hi everyone, just thought I would post what I've managed to use up this week:
TBS Pink Grapefruit Body Scrub - WIBA? Well I have another one to use up and it is good but I might try S&G's Breakfast scrub next
Lush Blue Skies Shower Gel - WIBA? Yes, love the scent of this, it's so relaxing!
Lush Olive Branch Shower Gel - WIBA? No, hate this one, the scent is weird and it's way too runny so you use too much in one go!
Lush Lavender bubble bar - WIBA? Can't remember the proper name for this one but it's nice and I think it's discontinued so no
Lush Rainbow Worrier - WIBA No, there are better ballistics in the range
Lush Dreamtime bath melt - WIBA? Yes, love how relaxing it is
Lush Big - WIBA? No, it's good for a detox once in a while, but it's too stripping for regular use on my hair, hence why its taken so long to use up!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
2 UU's for me this week:
1) Jam body scrub- WNBA: was part of a gift set, too runny and not enought scrub
2) Sancutary salt scrub - WNBA: 3 words, white oil slick! Smelt lovely but it was far too oily for me, had to use some shower gel after just so i could feel squecky clean again..... is this normal?0 -
Finally plucked up courage and time to go into Mr T's today for DTD so hope celebrate will be able to help me
I've trailed through pages and still not sure if I'm doing it right
I spend just over £35, looking at A***s it would have cost £14.50, I only bought 10 items all were cheaper than A is there a minimun number of items to buy? I did buy a couple of toiletries :eek:
I gather by reading these forums its now capped at £20/ day, but is there anything to stop me doing another shop tonight and using a different credit card or cash, 'forgetting' my clubcard, a different email address?
TIALife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Can I ask about the perfume oils in these pictures? You have loads of them so can I assume they are pretty good? And what size are those bottles please? I have none and am thinking putting in a small order to try them out. Not sure if I should get 3ml or 6ml? Both sizes seem tiny, do they last for ages?
They are the 3ml size, I have 18 at the moment:o
I get the little size then if I don't like it its not such a wrench to chuck it out. They do last a long time as u really only need a little, they're pretty concentrated so a little goes a long way. When I ever finish a favourite one I'll either get the larger bottle or possibly the spray.
I use https://www.perfume-parlour.co.uk but they also have a shop on eBay, same prices.0 -
A couple of UU, BS Rainforest Radiance conditioner 60ml. WBA, seems to cause less colour fading than silicone based ones.
Champneys Citrus Glow body lotion. Smelled lovely and was very moisturising so probably WBA.
I also sold 2 perfumes on eBay, Beckham Intimately Night and CK Euphoria Blossom. I thought I liked them, then when I got them I didn't after all. They just didn't suit my body chemistry I suppose.
I ordered some more perfume samples with some of the proceeds, so future INs will be Prada, CK Beauty, SJP Covet Pure Bloom, D&G Rose The One and Guerlain L'Instant. All get good reviews and I like the notes listed. I still haven't bought any toiletries as such though, just a few (11:eek:) new fragrances:o0 -

Kaz - that's a pretty impressive IN list for someone on a 'no buying toiletries thread'!!!
Since the naughty step doesn't seem to be having any deterrent effect - in fact, I suspect there is a pamper party going on there - can you turn the music down please!! we need some new punishments!! I suggest lines 'I WILL NOT LOOK AT THE GRABBIT BOARD/ANY MORE BODY SHOP OFFERS!!'
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
Julie panic not, we don't all agree on what we like, that's the great thing about this thread. I for one think the Sancturary Salt Scrub is my HG but it's not for everyone.0
