The retailers (and networks) will have slightly different cancellation policies - you would need to outline which network, which retailer and people may then be able to assist.
That said, you look like you stuck to your guns and managed to get it cancelled - well done!
If you want to complain, write to their head office (it will no doubt identify this on the paperwork you have or their website?) and outline your complaint briefly - perhaps in bullet points (short, sharp sentences) based on what you have discussed above in the order it happened. Stress the fact that you felt pressured into signing the contract and were made to feel uncomfortable for exercising your rights under their 14 day policy.
Alternatively, learn from it (i.e. don't be pressured into signing anything, and if unsure when buying anything expensive, take someone with you who has strong resolve to resist them), put it down to experience, and move on (and of course, unless they have a cracking offer in the future, don't go back) - life is too short to waste any more time on these chumps.
