Am still here Mr B , but not having much time to post as often as I was.
You are still doing a sterling job there.
I know what you mean about lists, not enough hours int he day etc. It can all seem a bit overwhelming cant it ? Especially when one item is crossed off of the list but another appears.
Weather this neck of the woods looks to be absolutely boiling at the weekend, certainly not re-pointing the wall weather, I think you should take stock, enjoy the sunshine and sit down for once with a good book and your music .

I thought I would mention before someone else does.
De-stress your life
Mid-life is often a very stressful time for many men, with career, financial and family pressures. And stress is a known risk factor for cardiovascular disease, which hits men at a younger age than women.
Heart disease is the No1 killer of men aged 45 to 54 and now is the time to find ways to get that stress off your back, whether it’s by regular exercise, yoga, meditation or stress-management classes.
It has to be a sign Mr Btake it easy sir

The heat is tough to work in Bonnington. Wait until the cool of the evening to do most of the heavy work.
How are you feeling today?0 -
Well done Bonnington for getting all that work done. You have got a lot done over the last while, is there much more that you would like to do?0

That was a great post, Bonnington and shows that you are trying to think it all through clearly. The thing that struck me was the difference between the things you have complete control over (your diet), the things you can work at but are really reliant upon others (new sources of income) and the things you just have to accept (your visitor!). To give you regular encouragement, maybe you could keep a personal diary of (for eg) what you eat and drink each day, and then your weekly weight loss. That's your business, you are in control. You know that it will boost your mood to see things going in the right direction, but you also know your weak spots. Maybe use a thermos for your coffee (and read a good book) when you're having to play the waiting game, or pack some treats for yourself if you like to nibble so you don't end up having to buy something. I did find that helped me. With so much on your mind and your plate (no pun intended!) I really hope that progress in one area will give you encouragement in the others.
Congratulations on the 2 years!0 -
Morning Bonnington
You have a busy day ahead of you. You find it hard to say no to family don't you. I used to be like that but recently I tell mine there is a bus in that direction get it. I feel guilty but it will do them no harm.
Take care of yourself and don't forget to pick the wife up0
