Hello Mr B, I hope you have a good day in work and then have a great time off, though no doubt you will be your normal busy bee self running or is that flying here there and everywhere. I hope you find some time to just be.

My scales often tell me lies like that too.

What's the max budget for hotel shopping? The place up the road from here where we had our wedding is for sale - the owners got married a couple of months after we did, they're early 30s and have decided they want their lives back and, I think, to start a family, which isn't really compatible with hotelling :) It's a beautiful location, the hotel has an attached bar which trades all year round but they only have guests mid-April to early October at the moment, so lots of room to increase turnover.

They've spent a small fortune on renovations, it was (to put it politely) a dump when they bought it, and now it's gorgeous.

When we went in search of a business loan we really struggled. I tried all the main banks and local building societies. I had to keep redoing the business plan until eventually B4rclays lent me the money but as a second charge on the house. It is scary knowing that if the business failed we wouild also lose the house but the banks said that if they had to take a risk on us then we should too. B4rclays said they had never seen such a complete business plan. But that is because everyone I asked wanted changes made then refused me. I have a good plan outline if you need one just ask and I can e mail it to you.

    Hi Bonnington
Have lurked for a while and not said hello recently.

So sorry things not running smoothly for you. A good tip in life is to take of yourself...not in a selfish way by ignoring the needs of others...but to make sure you are taken care of too. I think all of us have neglected ourselves and felt the cost of it.

Keep going and posting. We are all here as support.

    God bless :)

I had problems breathing last week and it turned out that the valve in my mask was jamming. I wasn't able to breathe out properly!! I felt as though I was suffocating. If you need help try Hope2sleep forum. I got loads of help there.

Well done on getting the business accounts complete and filed. I am still plodding on with ours. There isn't a lot to do but it is only possible for me to do it in short stints so will take a while yet. Hopefully by the end of the month.

Just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten you. :o

I have days when I am really upbeat for no apparent reason too ! I am glad you had one today . :D

Interested to hear the response from BOS when you receive it.

I have been listening too Radio 2 , in the mornings. I didn't used to like Chris Evans much back in the day, but in my old age quite enjoy him rambling on !

    Keep going Mr B , you do a fab job x x
