You will be glad to see the back of this year. I love this time of year as it seems to give us focus and momentum for change. I will be glad to see the back of this one I can tell you for lots of reasons.

Have you ever sat down and re-read your diary to see how much progress you have made. I think you have done marvellously with everything being thrown at you.

A few days left but we have to get through the silly season with retailers screaming in our ears ... but we will.

Hope you are settling back into work. Well done on not buying the lattes.:)

    You are doing so well.

  • Shout away Mr B I think there's something in the air today.

Lots of stress levels rising.....maybe it's the time of year not helping .

Really hope the Classical Music helps you relax . DD1 and I have what we call our angry song that we listen and sing to VERY loudly when we are stressed, annoyed etc and it usually works ! :D

Hey Mr B..well I would be screaming too. .probably loud enough for you to hear me north of the border!! This all sounds overwhelming so well done on keeping on thinking things through and trying to keep plugging away.

If you do the internal jobs soon then hopefully you can get the house on the market and then at least you have options about who you do next, B&B or something else..have to say though having no money to do necessary work though doesn't sounds like a solution :-( People won't want to stay somewhere that's half finished :-(

Sending you positive thoughts and hope you get some sleep

Sorry to hear life is so tough for you at the moment. Just take one day at a time and try not to worry. You are juggling quite a bit at the same time and what worries you most of course is your wifes health. Will be thinking about you. Enjoy your latte today. Try and relax a while whilst waiting to take your wife home. God bless.

That's a very big lease to take on, especially when the official accounts don't show the business making a profit. Is the B&B on Right Move or SSPC and if so, have you run Property Bee over it? It might give you some room for negotiation.

    Lovely long update Bonnington!

    Not dozing off here :-)

Have to say that you do need to think hard about what hours your wife does when she returns to work..as you say 15 is hardly worth it and will raise other disproportionate ( iykwim) expenditure. Hmm. Will she be able to cope with 30 hours not 37? Work must have suggested 15 pw for a reason?

Take care and hope you sleep well
