Mine stillll hasn't changed to issue 4. Been over two and a half weeks now. I've tried ringing the branch where I redesignated, and someone was supposed to ring me back. That was 2 days ago.

Anyone else still waiting for theirs to change?

By the way, my online screen is now showing in the new format at last, so I can at least check the interest rate and tax status. That's one step forward I suppose.

I am also waiting, I changed my account on the 28th Feb.

BUT this morning the account now says ISA Saver. It did say Direct Reward 3. I'm hoping when I look tomorrow it will have changed again to Direct Reward 4. Fingers crossed.

(I have the old online layout still )

My ISA transfer from Barclays has now gone through (in less than 7 days) and is showing on the Halifax Online Banking. I put the full £5100 current year allowance into the Barclays ISA and it earned £147.72 interest up to the date of transfer Halifax correctly show the balance as £5247.72 but also show that I can invest another £147.72 in the current tax year. How do they make this out? As far as I'm concerned I've already used up the full allowance.

I am looking at this for some relatives... can someone clarify whether you need to put 'new' funds in or whether you are able to fund it ENTIRELY with a transfer in (i.e. they have already used up their entire allowance for this year)??
    Always overestimating...

You can fund it entirely with a transfer.

I am planning to add my 2010 allowance to my existing ISA account, transferring from my Halifax Current account. Should I use the online personal payment system to my ISA account? Or is there a more direct system for online transfers between connected Halifax accounts?

    Thanks!

Could you not use the quick transfer facility? Top of your screen.

Does anyone know when the "clock starts ticking" on the Issue 4 when your transfer.
It's quite obvious it doesn't happen over the phone but an instruction is sent to the relevant department.
    I called 13th March.
How will I know what date the 12 months starts on?
I want to know (for interest purposes) when the 12 month period will end.

Thanks and apologies is I've missed this on this 13 page thread.
