I just checked the Blackpool South Promenade Travelodge again and it said 'almost fully booked' for the day I wanted.

Anyway, I took everyone's advice on here and have just booked the room at £19. For three adults that is still really cheap, especially with it being 2 mins away from the Pleasure Beach!

Well done, and that's also the best T/L in Blackpool.;)

I'd say the South Shore is the best TL in Blackpool. It's a little out of the way (next to Football Ground) but has cheep parking and is less than a 15 minute walk to either the Tower/Town Centre or the Pleasure Beach.

Thanks, looking forward to it now! Im a big fan of Pleasure Beach and usually do it in the day and get the train home the same day, which is usually tiring and not very nice when your soaked (usual Blackpool weather/ Valhalla)! But, having the room to stay the night in will be much better, and even more happy that it cost just £19!

-Just checked my online banking and they havnt taken the money yet (not even re severed the funds), is this usual does anyone know? I do have the 2 emails from them, and it is in my Travelodge account so its definitely booked!

Have you stopped there before? It's a great travelodge, with a bar that shuts whenever you have had enough and reasonable prices.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
