    I have my clients set up on monthly standing order. It helps my cash flow and theirs, and means I don't have to waste time issuing invoices and chasing payment.
    I don't want this to sound big-headed but I can honestly say that I have never had a client who is dissatisfied with my work and refused to pay.
    If it weren't for mystery shopping I would never have discovered the joy of launch control.

    Anyone on here do exit surveys? Doing any in Glasgow yesterday? I got stopped and asked to do one yesterday.

    Sounds like they are having a proper clearout again. Anyone who had the reprieve may see some extra payments coming their way. Didn't they go too far with it the last time and certain areas were seeing large extra payments

    Mystery shopping to the rescue...... having done dozens of visits to the fibre optic cable digital TV shops I have digital TV, mobile phones and broadband coming out my ears (I don't arf get some funny looks from passers by!)
    If it weren't for mystery shopping I would never have discovered the joy of launch control.
