I had one of those letters with a personal code for £10 off. I used it and as usual went through Nectar (collecting points for Legoland!) I was delighted to discover that this removed the £4 p + p from my order. I don't know how long they will be doing this for, maybe just a temporary thing but i hope not!

So have paid £2.50 for what was origianlly a £25 top:j......just hope it fits, now!

Thanks OP - just ordered 2 Tops for my boys for 3.00 using the code on the HUKD link (thanks for that).

I had to pay 3.00 on my card but did notice as I checked out that it said they will check that the voucher codes are valid and providing that they are 3.00 will be charged to my card. I wonder if they will charge the full 13.00 if they figure it is not valid for me. Not really a big issue as they do offer free returns.

I really love Boden kids stuff as it washes amazingly - cheers OP!

Well ordered something with the HUKD code - less than voucher value so I can't be charged anymore - didnt get a confirmation email...oh well its worth a shot

hi can anyone help please/ i dont know what is wrong but when i click on an item, there is no size to chose or add to bag button. how did you lot ordered? it has never happened to me before

What an odd attitude!

Boden have sent personalised codes to customers who have previously shopped with them giving them £10 off in addition to their current catalogue offers. The T & C clearly state that they are for use only by the intended recipient (i.e. to whom the voucher has been addressed) and are not for resale or publication and can only be used once. The OP started this thread to alert others who had received the letter and might have thrown it away without trying it out.

In my opinion the company has made a generous offer. If you are fed up with "trying to use these codes and then getting charged full price" then read the full T & C first to make sure you are eligible for the offer. If you are not, then don't place an order - simple as that!
