Yes i think it's best to spend under the £10 as no card details are being entered. Worse case your order is cancelled but if you spend over and enter card details then the chances are if the code are personal ones you might be charged full price. This happened to me with Mini Boden, where i used a code and later got a email saying it was a unique code and i wasn't entitled to it therefore was charged full but i couldn't cancel as it was already despatched.

Wow! Just came back on and saw this thread has really taken off!

I had the code posted to me. Normally I bin everything, but I only had 2 junkmail letters, and so bothered to read it.

I would phone them as others have done, and ask for the code.

I ve just tried it & ordered 4 pairs of baby tights ,recieved email straight away saying order accepted ,so fingers crossed :j

Just a word of warning, these codes were emailed out last week and part of the T & C's was that they must be used by the receipient. They expire on the 28th Feb and seemed to vary in value from £10 to £15, depending on your previous spending with them. The voucher was on it's own in an envelop not combined with a catalogue.
About a year ago a friend and I tried to "share" a code and Boden customer services phoned me, it was all really embarrassing as lets face it, they know we are trying to pull a fast one!
Good luck to anyone that succeeds but I won't risk another phone call!

Also all you guys that chucked them in the bin /recycling, don't you rip off your name/address details first and shred them? I live in fear of identity fraud :-(

I always use my old phone number for these kind of offers (sim card has since been destroyed). I don't like to enter my home number/mobile number for these kinda glitches, otherwsie i'll get phone calls/texts from marketing companies.

I think with this particular glitch, there's gonna be such a huge number of orders that I'll doubt they'll ring each customer individually. I'll be expecting an email - probably a cancellation one!

There was a similar voucher 'glitch'...not sure what to call it, about 6 months ago. After 5 days I received an email stating i wasn't entitled to use the voucher and asking whether to cancel the order or charge full price.
Anyway, I've given it another go, nothing ventured and nothing gained and all that.

I'm a Boden customer and didn't get a letter with a code. I did get a catalogue but there is no code with that.
