I just ordered a free top from mini Boden!!

how can they charge full amount if you have given them no card details?
all they have is my name and address,so if they dont want to send the stuff they will just cancel it?
I made sure i never gave no card details for this reason,nothing in the bank anyway lol

i think they'll cancel them as we have to autorise the payment, i have one of those passwords on my account when i order online and it said £1 on it aswell, tbh i'll just pay full price and send it back if i need to but i don't see how they can charge full price

think the general consensus is:

if you used the code from this thread and your order was £10 or less = ok (either cancel or they'll send the items).

if you used the code from this thread and your order was £10 or more = not so ok (either cancel, send items or charge card for full price of order).

if you used the code from the email you received = ok

I just used the code, 1st time customer. My order never asked for credit card details, but this is what i got.

I saw the code posted on Hotdeals but also saw that everyone that used it got their order cancelled as it was a unique code so can't see much point in using a code from here to place an order tbh.

I am a Boden customer and intend to call and ask them if I've got a code as I haven't recieved my catalogue yet.

Seeee.... Am fed up of trying to use these codes and then getting charged full price or order being cancelled when it all 'seemed' to go through ok

I don't trust / have faith in any of these particular group of companies - Same with shopping direct codes - I AVOID!!
