Boden always have a deal on! I rarely pay full price for any of their clothes - more often than not they'll have a 10% off (minimum) on voucher codes. If you DO shop with them reasonable regularly they'll send you quite generous discount codes along with the catalogue - I've had up to 40% in the past. Happy shopping!0

I am an existing Boden customer and received a £5 gift card with no minimum spend yesterday. I ordered a pair of girls tights in the sale for £5.50 and paid 50p! They also sent me a free delivery code.
Wish it was £10 but I'm grateful for what I got. Maybe it will be more next time!0 -
but as this was on a mail shot how would they now? i think ther person already had an account where as this codes for new customers, also as far as i know they can't acually take the full amount without your consent, if they do i'll just be canceling mine
havent finished the thread, so apologies if this already answered!
The vouchers sent out in the letters are in the form of a gift voucher and have a unique codes like a gift voucher would, that's why you can only use it once and each one is registered to an account, so would doubt it will work if you try and use somebody elses, its fine for use with other offer codes, I got a £15 one last week and also had the same from them last year, what a lovely bunch of people they are! x0 -
A poster on HDUK
"I used this code on Monday then got an email today saying I was not entitled to it so they were taking the full amount from my card. Be careful."
Anyone know how easy it is to return an item to Boden.
again, still reading thread so sorry if already answered. Its a doddle, they now send out a prepaid thing with them, just cut open packaging along the dotted line and reseal if not required, their customer service is A1.
Have to be honest tho, in 10 years Ive only ever returned one thing!0 -
i would never buy clothes without a discount code from boden, they are awfully expensive! they only give u voucher codes to make sure you keep buying.
also if a discount code is only to be used by a specific person once, then they shouldnt let anyone else be able to go through checkout with it.Top wins - £10,000 lottery/daily mirror, £5000 asda vouchers, £1000 washing machine, 2 week canaries cruise, VIP trip to the olympics, 46" 3D TV, personal chef, kitchen aid mixer, £1000 tesco vouchers - latest prize £10,000 road trip with kit Kat0 -
Ive used them since my children were born, and although they are more expensive than some places their quality has always been brilliant in my opinion and my kids love their stuff so it gets so much wear, then goes for good prices on Ebay, also their customer services is brilliant, and as you say there are always offers on, ive rarely paid full price for anything!
I think it's really good of them to send the gift vouchers, other companies do it but with a high minimum spend, and as they are sending them to existing customers its a great thank you, I emailed them to say thanks, I got a £15 last year as well and they don't have to do that, so am very appreciative.
Not sure it's entirely to keep you buying tho, as Ive bought every season for 10 years and have placed orders in the last few weeks, plus have pending pre-orders for Summer preview, so they know they've already got me!0 -
I think it's difficult to set up their checkout with unique codes. As far as I am concerned if a code is released in the press or on a discount code site that is use by all it's fair game eg the Jaeger one last week. If it's user specific and you know it is then you are taking a big risk although I think orders should be cancelled and cards refunded not a higher amount taken. I was lucky enough to get a code through the post (I spend a lot at Boden much to the disgust of Mr shoe and the delight of Mr Mastercard) and the original post reminded me it's time to use it so thanks for that. If you go through the Spring preview link then it's 20% off and free delivery so a T shirt I wanted for my little fella is £3.20. Only thing is with three boys I buy three designs of one top so now I have to go buy more. That's why I spend loads with three of just about every top they have :eek:0
