I got my dispatched email on 25/2 and the free delivery was RM 2nd Class so estimate 5 days for delivery (not arrived yet) - I used a code that I was personally sent in the post, dunno if that will make a difference.

I've received my order today. I haven't tried it on yet but if it was full price I'd have been returning it. The quality of Boden has really gone down over the years (I've been using them for 16 years) and I buy less each year.

The people who have received their orders, was it delivered by Home Delivery Network? If so that will answer what the parcel that was carded yesterday is. I have been wondering and completely forgot about the Boden order until now.

I received my order from Boden yesterday. It was a scarf, hat and mittens set. It was reduced to £12.50 on line and I used the discount code to bring it down to £2.50. Enclosed with the set was the receipt which lists the set as having cost me £12.50, no deduction of the £10.00 from the voucher code ????? Not happy as I was posted this code and so presumably I was entitled to use it but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Anyone else had this happen???

hvd201 Not sure which delivery company was used, not Royal Mail that's for sure. It arrived late afternoon and was the same guy that is used to deliver from the very catalogue. Hope that helps a little.

Check you bank account first, I have had 2 orders with the voucher posted to me. The total on the bottom of the order slip does show the full amount but your bank will have only been debited the lesser amount.

Thanks, turns out the carded parcel wasn't the Boden order...or even for me...gutted!
I checked my credit card statement online and no charges from Boden at all, no contact either, so I think I probably won't be getting mine

I'm another one who has had no contact and no payment deducted since placing my order. I did get an initial order acknowledgement e-mail and nothing since.
