My delivery note shows payment for the full amount (£12.75) but when I check online my CC statement shows £2.75 HTH

Funny but after all my mistrust with codes etc etc I was sent the £10 Boden voucher in the post today!

I usually throw this sort of stuff in the bin even though I know I've potentially missed out on some great offers but my past experience was putting me off!!

Lesson learnt for ME is if it comes in the post you can trust it BUT if its a code on a forum I'm not going to bother after having orders cancelled , charged full price or not getting the free postage it promised..

( These were for Vertbedaut , Laredoute , Damart etc )

Am going to check my mail more carefully from now on! :j

No comms on mine since order acknowledgement - I bought a dearer item and left card details. Will be returning even if it arrives as just received alternative for half the price from Debenhams.

Poor service from Boden - they had my card details and were welcome to charge the full price as I needed the item then.

I emailed Boden 2 weeks ago and as yet am still awaiting a response! Not impressed with customer service. Is this a case of company trying to grow too big too quickly without the HR?

I've just emailed them asking to check where my scarf is It is really bad service - even if they're not honouring the codes I put in (which would be fair enough) they should have told me?

Won't be ordering from them in future.

always been my experience too - my item was £15.30 and the price I paid was 30p as they sent me a £15 voucher. The email confirmation showed price 15.30 as did the delivery note but I was correctly only charged 30p to my card. They have always done it like this and ive never been incorrectly charged so hopefully you will all be fine when you get your card statements x

I have to say ive only ever had fantastic service from them x
