Well Ive managed to stick to my menu plan so far allbeit not in the same order as plannedWe didnt need the kebabs on Sunday as we were still full from lunch, so we had that on Monday and i cooked the leg of lamb last night (lamb curry). Tonight, i really dont feel like cooking - Im finding all this cooking from scratch hard work and think that next week when i menu plan, i need to look at the amount of prep time everything takes and maybe use some of the hm frozen goodies i have which are easy to cook in the middle of the week just to ease the load a little.
Still going well though/
