Lame Wolf...the E111 has been replaced by a card which means that you don't have to apply for it every time you go to another country....I presume that it is available in UK, can't see us getting so ahead of ourselves here to think it up all on our own!

my granddad passed away yesterday and i found out last night. his passing comes almost a year to the day that my nan died. it was unexpected as he hadnt been ill. he had a heart bypass few years ago so maybe something to do with his heart.
alan has been catching up with washing today and its all out on the line - very warm and sunny out today. he's been home with ds and his antibiotics are going through him like no tomorrow  the nursery asked us to keep him home as there is a sickness bug going around and they dont want to take a chance that he has a bad tummy because of that. if that makes any sense :undecided

((((hugs))))) loulou sorry to hear about your Grandad.
Got the shopping done, cupboards once more full. Managed to get a reduced "posh" pizza for tea and a reduced apple and blackberry pie. Need to get some cleaning done now. Sun is shining here so hoping the washing on the line is dry, it is starting to feel a bit chilly though so it wont be out much longer.
Have a lovely evening everyone.

silvermaid before I was forced into the LowGi/GL/Carb for health reasons I lost 6 stone (put some back on recently) but I did it doing the following:
1) Stop Dieting
2) Stop feeling Guilty about eating
3) Eat whatever i want
4) Eat when I am hungry
5) Stop when I am full
6) Taste my food
7) Don't comfort eat... if I want a cookie... I have one!
8) walking... I never exercised due to health issues... and never reaslised that housework was exercise... so I started walking to people instead of emailing them!
Well... now I have to follow a plan... it drives me nuts... but the above worked very well!
I started doing it after meating a 60 year old woman who was worried about her weight... and I though 'life it too short to spend the next 35 year + worrying about my weight... i want to enjoy myself' and I did!
I would hate to be worring and dieting all my life!
PS. It took 2 years to loose the weight...! No magic fixes here xWe spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy! Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240
