Very quiet house this morning, ds still out at his sleepover and dh gone to work leaving me to chill with my cuppa for a change!

DW is on, all washing is up to date, I did think about stripping the beds as it does look a nice day out but guarantee it'll rain if i attempt to put some washing out.

I think this morning I will have a mooch in some charity shops, then head to mums to collect DS and have lunch, play time round a friends before coming home to dinner - Chicken pasta bake.

Last night was lovely to go out and the food was yummy especially as it was BOGOF :j

Taplady - That sounds like my kinda programme, thanks

DandyCandy - Sorry to hear of your tough time you're having, when i'm worried I find rescue remedy works well for me during the days and a few glasses of vino of an evening!

    Have a good day everyone!

Morning all, nice day here today, with sun.I didnt get on yesterday to post, and havent read all of yesterdays thread so hope everyone is doing alright.
DH birthday yesterday,I bought him a jumper and a weather station-we had a basic LCD inside & out thermometer that used to be my dads, but its been wonky for a while.Being in the building trade he is a bit obsessed with the weather as it can mean no money coming in,so I thought I'd treat him to a new one.Took me nearly all morning to set it up :D He also requested lamb chops and iced Victoria sponge.(I had a piece for breakfast ;))
I am minding little niece tomorrow:j as DB has some things to do,and have a tooth out:eek:,so need to get all my jobs done today as she doesn't give me a minute. No doubt the kitchen will be covered in paint ,glue and glitter. We might bake as well-she loves baking but never gets chance at home-too much mess:rotfl:I always tell DB that when you've worked in a Reception classroom, the mess one child makes doesnt tend to bother you too much.:rotfl:

Anyway, better get on and sort tea etc.xxx

    Morning All (Just)

Have been up since about 7ish but working from home and needed to get on with work as I am distracted once I get on here:o

Just waiting for my new phone to be delivered so will be at home today. Will pop to DD later, I have a telly her gran has sent for her and a big jar of coffee that my DH doesn't like. Will be nice to see DGS for an hour before he goes to bed.

Have fallen off the Low GI wagon spectacularly this morning. DS3 brought me a sausage role and a pack of munchies which I have eaten for my breakfast:eek: OMG I am so bad. But not to be defeated I am going to get back on track for the rest of the day. Will be much better when he is back at school.

Tomorrow will nip into Manchester with DS3 he needs new school shoes and trousers as his current ones are half mast again. Think tea will be something quick tonight, maybe egg and bacon.

(((Hugs))) to those struggling at the minute

    Have a good day peeps J x

Lol well I'm craving tuna and Haribo (not at the same time though fortunately) and I think those cravings are meant to support the likelihood that I've got a pink one in here! You guys should run a book :rotfl: I couldn't care less so long as he/she's healthy and happy :D

Were you sick a lot at the beginning?;)I am usually good at guessing the sex from scan pics too, there's a website called sumut like "the angle of the dangle" that reckons the way they lie in the womb etc is a good indicator of boy/girl.I reckon it's a girl tho:D;)
