BS probably, this IS Tescos we're talking about!

At least it lets them know you mean business.

If they really had footage of someone being abusive/threatening whatever, they would have held onto it surely?
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

Watchout!! Theres an offer on Tesco Beef Sirloin Steaks at SEL £10.37kg to be found at the end of an aisle, but i found some marked at £12.87kg in the same place.

Despite both packs saying the same, looking the same, being the same size etc, CS argued they were different packs, different farmers and were placed in the different areas....despite arguing the case, i gave up, What else could i have done/said?

Since getting home and got the kids out of my hair, im fuming.....so im gonna write to head office, theres more than one way to skin a cat!

Well, just went on my first r + r run in Hindley, and got absolutley nothing:cry:

Me too ! Went on my first R+R spree today in Lincoln - got nothing as well. All the products I had noted from the mis=price thread were on at the "proper" price - and the store has a scanner so I did double check on a lot of things. Is T employing people to check what R+R's are being posted or am I just unlucky ......and possibly paranoid ? :D
I was going to take over the world but got distracted by something sparkly.......

I definatly think you have to be quick on some of these offers and from reading the thread earlier I think there are alot of tesco employees on here, what I don't get is why do they care it's not their money, why are some cs so horrible

Probably because they are put in a very difficult position - yes they are there to serve the customer and deal with problems, but at the end of the day they are paid by Tesco to do a job; unfortunately when that job results in them effectively handing out freebies, with the large amounts of products given away it can't really look good on them to their employers. They are at the front line, and it certainly must be difficult to deal with the pressures from their superiors telling them not to give things away, and the customer who may be looking for the opposite.

Ultimately if you are not happy with a decision a CSA gives ask for the manager - it's these guys who hide away and let the CSA take the flack.

They are not offers, they are errors.

I don't think there is all that many myself. Should be more. Would help them to understand better, I believe.

For the same reason some customers are horrible - everyone is different.
Who or what was I before you came in to my life

Was husbands birthday this week :j so while in Mr T's thought I would get him a card from our kids.
You will never guess what I found.
Birthday Card saying on the front ....
"Happy Birthday Dad... You deserve a little R&R..." !!!!!!!!!!!:T :rotfl:
and open it up and inside says
    "Recliner & Remote!!!":D
    Take a look ,

Visited Mr T's the other night, got an R&R on the Finest ham. While C/S doing refund, she said to me 'It's been so busy today I'll be glad to get home for some R&R with a bottle of wine', looked straight at me ?to gauge my reaction. Put on my 'innocently puzzled' look, and said 'R&R, what's that then?' 'Rest & relaxation of course!' she told me.
Am I being paranoid guys? Innocent remark, or crafty C/S?
